When it comes to 3D printing, a successful upgrade for me often means it just didn’t make things worse. Very rarely does an upgrade actually make things better. However, this print head has set a new standard in successful upgrades for me. It’s just amazing to be able to unscrew the nozzle with my bare hands and swap it out with another of a different size in a matter of seconds. Not to mention the nozzles work extremely well just as good if not better than OEM nozzles. So very happy with this purchase. I do understand it is a little frustrating that the photos for other nozzles look like they come in a pack. I wish they would fix that, it is misleading. But even at $20-$30 per nozzle, it’s worth it to me for the simplicity and functionality. Thank you for making an amazing product!

So far after ~ 50-100 hours of printing no issues what so ever haven't had to take it apart once and print quality has been beautiful no issues with heat creep etc printing abs mainly. The manufacturing quality is great the design is sturdy. Overall for the price id say its a good investment saves time trouble shooting stupid problems you can run into with the really cheap hotends with ptfe line heat breaks that cant print anything other than pla or maybe petg. If you got the money to spend and want something nice it wont disappoint.

I've been waiting for the past week for my package to arrive because my printer is in need of a new hotend due to a recent mishap and what do I open up. A used, dirty product. I was even thinking about maybe trying it out even with the product showing up used but I can't because it's also incomplete, there isn't any heat sleeve. I don't know if this was a accident or what but this is ridiculous. *Update1* I returned the package that I had received and had another one sent to me. This time it arrived brand new and it is looking good. I haven't installed or used it just yet which is why I bumped the 1 star review to a 3 star review. One I get this installed and get I few uses out of this ill edit in another update. *Update2* I finally got it installed and my printer working. It will fit in place of where the stock hot end assembly previously sat, however, I did run into a issue with the new hot end. The temp kept over shooting and undershooting when trying to print and since it couldn't settle the print would never start. I learned how to calibrate pid on the printer and then it was fine. I've only done 2 prints, the calibration cubes, with a 3rd print going rn and I will say this assembly seems great starting off. The picture of the 3rd print is the prints first layer and it looks amazing besides very minimal defects here and there, which is probably due to bed leveling. I have high hopes that this assembly will continue to operate as well as it is right now

A nice upgrade from the standard bambu hot end, i was having issues with clogs and wanted this so the nozzles were more easily replaceable, so far I haven't had this one clog once, and there seems to be a larger variety of nozzle tips available for it. It fit perfectly, and my overall print quality seems to be a bit better and marginally faster since the heating is a bit better.

First off, this hotend works very well, I've had no trouble with it at all. Installation took hours because the Dragonfly Hotend BMS is not compatible with the Ender 3. It bolts up okay but is too short. I had to fabricate a new parts cooling duct and the metal shroud the cooling fan screws to because my parts cooling duct hung down lower than the nozzle. I also had to trim off the bottom of the sheet metal piece the bottom x roller wheel bolts to so the new fabricated part cooling shrould wouldn't be pushed down below the nozzle once attached. I then had to spend timr re-adjusting the z offset so the nozzle would home properly after the BL Touch did it's job. Unless you have tools to trim metal and know how to make your own parts cooling shrould I wouldn't recommend this product.

It is very very unfortunate that this hot end for the x1c is so expensive yet the stock Hot end is by far superior still. I purchased this for the ease of access of swapping out my nozzle since I am disabled but after running a bunch of tests for a whole day volumetric flow k Factor the print quality did not stand even close to the original hot end. I have e3ds obxidian hot end which is five times better than this one seeing that they were teaming up with another company I figured it would be a no-brainer. I am not sure why someone would want to purchase this or stick with this product other than the ease of swapping out nozzles but even there so every nozzle is a lower volumetric flow the k factors you cannot keep on stock you'll have to edit every single one of your filaments which is fine but in my testing I have found you get more flow from the original hot end this thing is pretty much a gimmick the reviews are misleading with other products and you get much worse results. Save yourself a headache and $150 if you're looking for a new hot end get the e3d obsidian that they collabed with bambu it is far superior than this.
