  • Best build plate I've used — perfect adhesion, clean release
Size: 257*257MM Style: Frostbite Color: Frostbite-Blue
This is honestly one of the best build plates I've ever used for my Bambu Lab printer. The CryoGrip coating works exactly as advertised — prints stick firmly during the print and release cleanly at room temperature without any prying or flexing required. I haven't had a single issue with filament adhesion since switching to this plate, which is a problem I dealt with constantly on other surfaces. The cold release is smooth and satisfying. Build quality feels solid and the plate sits flat with no warping. If you're tired of fighting with adhesion or constantly applying glue sticks and hairspray, this plate is the solution. Absolutely worth it. ... show more

  • Which I had bought this sooner!
Size: 235*235MM Style: Frostbite Color: Frostbite-Blue
This plate has been amazing. Was having some issues either my original plate on my Flashforge AD5X after a few months so I threw this on and problem of bed adhesion were gone. PLA sticks great at around 40c bed temp and so far every has come out perfect. Almost sticks too well at times. Also I did the full calibration on my printer after installing and I fully expected to have to adjust the z height but even that worked out same as default. So far I have had no issues and would highly recommend if using PLA and PETG filament. The only drawback I can see is not being able to use IPA on it but it appears that the plate doesn’t need to be cleaned too often. I have printed on it every day for about two weeks so far and still going strong. Definitely worth the money. Just make sure to buy the right size for your machine and it fits right on the magnetic bed. ... show more

  • BIQU keeps delivering — this is the PETG build plate
Size: 257*257MM Style: Frostbite Color: Frostbite-Blue
I have the CryoGrip plates on both my Bambu Lab P1S and A1 Mini. This larger one for the P1S gets the most use because that printer is dedicated to PETG almost exclusively, and PETG adhesion is where this plate really shines. The cold release works as advertised. Prints stick well during the job and pop off cleanly once the plate cools to room temperature. No more fighting with a scraper or bending the plate to get parts off. With PETG that's a big deal because it loves to bond to the stock Bambu plates. The double-sided textured surface gives a nice finish on the bottom of prints. I've been running this plate for a while now and the texture is holding up — no bald spots or loss of adhesion in the areas I print most. BIQU has become my go-to for Bambu Lab accessories. Between the CryoGrip plates, the Panda Brush, and the Purge Shield, they clearly understand what Bambu owners actually need. Everything just works and the quality is consistent. If you're printing PETG on a P1S or X1C, get this plate. It makes bed adhesion a non-issue. ... show more

  • Sticks Well
Size: 257*257MM Style: Frostbite Color: Frostbite-Blue
Have to make sure you get the crygrip pro frostbite cold plate for petg and pla, the other one doesnt stick so great. Don't use for tpu's! Sticks way too much and a pain to get tpu filaments off this plate. This plate works very well!

  • Amazing printer bed. Amazing printer bed.
Size: 257*257MM Style: Frostbite Color: Frostbite-Blue
Best printer bed I’ve ever used. I have my printer in my basement so I deal with a lot of humidity. I was having some issues with the original bed for my P1S so I was looking and this seemed to be the best option. Boy let me tell you this thing is GRIPPY, since I swapped it out I never had an issues with bed adhesion. Everything sticks like glue I never have to glue or try and change the temps in my printer for any type of filament, just have to wipe it with a small amount of soap and water and it’s back up like new. Fits perfectly for your specific printer, I will 100% be buying another if I need it this thing is amazing. ... show more

  • Plate was warped out of the box, all prints are uneven Plate was warped out of the box, all prints are uneven
Size: 257*257MM Style: Frostbite Color: Frostbite-Blue
Plate arrived very uneven and won’t lay flat, even on my glass table. I’ve tried multiple petg and pla filaments (all dried). The plate is way too flexible and is causing lifting at the corners (literally the whole plate is lifting away from the printer). This is with or without a brim or mouse ears and with 30, 40, 50c for PLA and 50, 60, 70 and even 75c for PETG (above the recommended range but I was determined to try everything before having to send this back). The texture itself is very nice and when and where it holds, it does so very well, but since the plate is so uneven, my p1s and a1 can’t fully compensate and I end up with wavy spots on only certain parts of the print. I’ve tried printing the exact same things and with the same settings on my stock Bambu textured plates and they all come out perfect, and without any flexure and all have 2000+ hours on them. I’ve ran with the print enclosed, or open, I’ve ran with and without cooling, nothing makes a difference with this plate and I’m tired of wasting filament trying to chase my tail with it. I want to like this plate, the adhesion is great, even once cooled. I watched tons of reviews and everyone said this is the one to buy, so maybe I just got a dud? I’ve emailed the company and am waiting to hear back, so I will post any updates I receive. ... show more

  • Read before first use!
Size: 257*257MM Style: Frostbite Color: Frostbite-Blue
I bought the CryoGrip Pro Frostbite Cold Build Plate for P2S when it was on sale for ~$21. At regular price of $30 it's still a good deal but not as good as $21. The plate is well made but a bit thinner than stock BambuLab Textured PEI plate and the texture is slightly less than Bambulab, so the surface facing the plate comes out smoother. It doesn't matter much to me but I wanted to mention. The first couple of my prints had part sticking issues. I started with a handful of small parts and set the job for 35C, 5C higher than the low end of 30C-50C range recommended for PLA. There were no issues with the first layers but multiple parts released from print bed after about 4 mm or so thickness and all at the same time. I noticed some parts didn't have any issues so I suspected the plate cleanliness and I was right. Even though the plate was well packaged, the package wasn't sealed and I could see hand/finger prints across multiple locations (not mine) under bright grazing angle light. So, I washed the plate with warm water and dishsoap. The problem remained. Then I increased the bed temperature to 40C and all was well. To test my hypothesis, I left the parts on the plate and let the plate started cooling and after every 1 degC drop, I gently nudged the parts to see if they would release. I had six small parts on the bed and all of them released around 33-34degC, so 35 degC is too close for comfort. My advice to anyone contemplating buying this plate, I highly recommend it. Make sure you wash it before first use and use 40C for PLA (i.e., 10degC above minimum). Although I haven't printed anything with PETG yet, I will use 10degC higher than minimum of the recommended range as well. For reference, the default Bambulab bed setting for Textured PEI is 55 deg C but I was using 60degC to avoid parts sticking. So, with this plate, I'll be able to run my jobs 20 degC cooler, which should save on power consumption and the plate should pay for itself. ... show more
