I have been taking 2 gummies a day for 5-6 months now and I can really notice a difference in the strength and health of my hair. This also works on growing my lashes and strengthening them! I did not care for the taste of these gummies and should have listened to others review regarding this aspect. I have been taking them for about 2 months and so far they don't work very well for my nails. My nails are still quite weak. My hair and skin have no noticable difference either. I will finish what I have in hopes they works better after a while but won't order again due to the weird fruit taste of the gummy.
