I’ve always had clear great skin until I hit 40 and started to have clogged pores and hormonal breakouts. Nothing I did was working. I’d get breakouts right before my cycle started like clockwork. I’m a skeptic in every product I buy. I read the reviews for this but didn’t have much hope. I’ve been gradually seeing my hair thin. I thought it was due to perimenopause but it was extreme anemia missed by my pcp for well over a year. That being said, I got these prior to this knowledge and my fiancée and I both used it. He has 4C hair and mine is 2C. We noticed the difference in his hair first. OMG!! His hair became so soft!! Thicker and it started to randomly grow faster than it ever has. It went from The nape of his neck to the top of his shoulder blades in about 6 weeks of daily usage. My hair has always grown fast, however it grew about 3-4 inches since 12/2024. I also see little hairs filling in the spots where there used to be nothing. I will post pics after I get rid of some of this gray. Ha! If you are a skeptic, you should be. However, I jumped on here to write this review in hopes that someone else is like me… needing some help with hair thinning or even like my fiancée with hard to grow, course hair. It works! Take it daily, take the whole bottle before judging. You won’t regret it. I will be using this and recommending it for the rest of my life. Ladies in your ur 40’s don’t just assume your dull, thinning hair is menopause. It may be low iron as well. I’m excited to see my hair once the iron supplement I got along with this start to work together! Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I was really hoping to see some improvements in my hair growth or skin after taking this biotin supplement consistently, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice any changes. It’s easy to take and I appreciate that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and made with clean ingredients—but in terms of visible results, it just didn’t work for me. Everyone’s body is different, so it might work better for others. It’s still a decent product, just didn’t live up to the hype in my case.
