This product is definitely one that I will commit to taking daily. I figured I already take vitamins and this is an added benefit. I don't have horrible cramps anymore, my cycle is regular and not crazy. My sweets intake is noticeably less, with the added benefit of weight control happening much more successfully. Facial hair issue was mainly around my chin, and I understand it will take more time but I already noticed a reduction in the overall surface area of where the hair comes in and I don't have to wax my face as often, went from every 2 weeks to about a month now. Slowing down and less coarse. Excited to see what else occurs. Preparation for my future seems much more obtainable now that my body system is functioning on a more trackable time frame. With a supportive partner this journey has been enjoyable thus far and he has so much patience with my research on this item. As for ingesting, I pour about 8 oz of filtered water and swirl until its more dissolved and then drink it. I added to a smoothie and its fine too but prefer to know I am ingesting it in a more pure form. No strange taste either way.

Was told to get this for my cycle being so off, after I was told it was going to be hard to get pregnant because of it. I ordered my first in October and by the end of November I was pregnant! Seriously get this product! It’s amazing

I cannot say enough good things about this inositol! I’ve tried several other brands and this one truly stands out. It has helped regulate my cycle, curb my sugar cravings, I’ve even lost a few pounds. It dissolves easily and has the very faintest sweet taste.

Day one: it’s completely flavourless so I just added it to a half cup of water, dissolved it and took it. Not as bad as some reviews are saying. Symptoms: mild headache and some tummy grumbles but nothing beyond normal!

I don't use this for reasons many others do. I just had my third baby 3 months ago & due to his oral ties he was unable to efficiently nurse & it caused my milk to come in later & I became an exclusive pumper for my baby. I started with low supply then just barely enough for about 8 weeks due to the issues we experienced in the beginning of our breastfeeding journey. I worked with a LC who suggested this product to me after I discussed my irregular cycles prior to getting pregnant & other supplements not helping. I feel like I did notice an increase in my supply after I started taking this but I honestly don't know how much it helped as I also added some cluster pumping sessions in after I had started taking it. I do attribute my increase in supply to both this supplement & cluster pumping though. & I now make more milk than he drinks in a 24 hr period. It has regulated me (I start my periods a month after birth regardless of breastfeeding) & I actually now experience EWCM when I never did before. Towards the end of my first bottle I experimented with not taking this supplement & I do feel like I noticed a decrease in my supply so I went ahead & repurchased it as I don't want to jeopardize the supply I have now since I'm still an exclusive pumper. I take as directed & it is flavorless. The bottle is different this time (it is mentioned you can recieve either & I'm guessing I got a new bottle last time & an old one this time. Purchased from elsewhere 1st time, theralogix 2nd time) so I hope that doesn't impact the product any. The two bottles also have different powder consistencies. The first one I'd always get powder on my hands when getting the scooper. It was pretty loose so to speak. On this 2nd bottle the powder is not as "loose" & now I never get any powder on my hands. I also feel like the 2nd bottle does have a slightly sweet taste when added to water. I will update again if I feel like it did.

I don't EVER write reviews on Amazon but this product is truly amazing. I have pcos and had not gotten my period for over 6 months. I had tried the other inositol brands out there except for this one, mostly because I felt that a pill form would be easier to take than having to mix the powder in water. Some of the other brands also had higher ratings and were more affordable, so I thought I'd try those first. The other brands I tried gave me terrible insomnia, especially the Wholesome Story brand. At this point, I did not think anything would work but about a month ago, I decided to give this brand a try. I didn't notice much at first in terms of symptoms except I did feel like I had more energy overall. Mixing the powder with water was not bad at all- it mixes quickly, has no taste and does not make me feel any kind of way. I took it twice a day, mostly after breakfast and lunch because I was afraid to take it after dinner in case it messed up my sleep. I didn't take it religiously- I forgot a couple of times BUT 27 days after I started taking it I got my PERIOD!!!! I couldn't be more excited. I will continue taking this as we are trying to have a baby. Fingers crossed. Added benefits: I am losing weight, my skin is better and I am having less brain fog than is usual for me. If you've tried other things and it hasn't worked, try this! This was my last resort and I am glad I gave it a shot.
