Got the safe. The outside box was split, but the safe packed in foam was ok. Problem began when it had no instruction manual. Had to go online and get default code. Then after opening, I find the keys are also missing. Sending it back for a replacement. I hope the next one comes complete. Will update my review when the second one shows up.

WOW! I was so impressed when I got this safe! FEATURES: Gotta start with all the amazing features of this safe. - Instant fingerprint access - Programmable numeric code access - Secure key access - Bluetooth access - Hydraulic strut lid opener with spring assist - Security cable - Wall-mounting holes and screws - USB-C back-up power port - LED light inside - Foam padding on top, bottom, and back - Batteries included SECURITY: Heavy-duty steel, covered edges, covered hinge, welded edges, security cable, mounting holes. This is a secure safe that will require significant effort and tools to penetrate. Increase gun safety around children, prevent tampering, and frustrate thieves. The steel walls are about 1/8" thick and very stiff. QUALITY: This safe is extremely well made and well-fitted with neat welds. Quality matte black finish. Smooth edges. "Egg crate" foam padding. Coated security cable. Polished hinge pin. Well-fitted parts, including dust cover on the lock/USB port. SIZE: Very roomy interior. Easily fits two handguns and multiple magazines or boxes of ammo. Could also store other valuables with ease. Only the hydraulic strut takes up some room on the left side, so you need to leave a little space for that when packing it full. SET-UP: Super easy set-up with a clear and simple quick-start guide. Learning the fingerprint was easy and fast. And it works reliably, when putting the correct portion of your fingerprint on the sensor. No-tool battery installation and no-tool cable installation. RECOMMENDATION: I previously bought a better-known brand handgun case with just a key and 3-button code for a higher price which has an oddly shaped keypad preventing you from "stack"-ing anything "on" the safe without wobbling. This safe comes with more features, more room, flat top to "stack" them "on" one another, easier access, interior light... It's just a better safe for less money. I highly recommend this safe! You won't find better quality or value for the money.
