This product did exactly what it was NOT supposed to do. It increased the amount of shedding (fallout). I have more hair falling out in the shower, on my comb, and even on my clothes throughout the day. I used the shampoo & conditioner for over a week to make sure it wasn't just a fluke. But every single day, I have more hair falling out than usual (I'm very watchful of fallout because my hair is already so thin). Additionally, my hair looks awful when it dries. I normally let my hair air-dry, and while it doesn't look awesome, it's got a bit of shine and the frizz is minimal. But when I use this shampoo/conditioner, it appears greasy, dull and frizzy. I have tried using a variety of styling products to minimize the frizz and it doesn't help. It's almost as if there is a coat of grease on my hair and nothing can stick to it. It's never looked this bad with an air-dry. Also, the conditioner makes my hair harder to comb and detangle - it feels like the conditioner creates friction between strands instead of lubricating them. For reference, I have wavy, fine hair that is dark brown with a few grays. It's super puzzling to me how this got so many rave reviews or how it's considered a "professional" product. I suppose different hair types might react differently. What I know for sure is that I spent way too much money on these and I can't use them.
