The build quality feels solid, and the included cables fit perfectly with my Meta binoculars. The charging speed is great—much faster than I expected—and the device stays cool during use. It’s also lightweight and easy to pack when traveling. After using it several times, I’ve had zero issues. My binoculars now charge reliably every time. If you need a dependable replacement or extra charger for your Meta binoculars, this one is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

The directions were limited . It came with batteries and it was easy to set up . There’s a little metal piece that goes into the headset to charge the headset. The piece is a little hard to pull out if you need to take it out . The problem we’re having is the meta app is showing the headset not all the way charged but when we go into the app via headset we can see it’s fully or partially charged. The left controller on the charging station it doesn’t seem to be charging and the lights won’t go on. On the charging dock by where you put the handheld controllers there 3 blue doted lights that tells you your hand controls are changing. ( see picture) Our next step is to buy some more rechargeable batteries and see if that fixes it .There is also a button to shut off the effect lights but, when that’s off you can’t tell if it’s charging because when it’s charging it’s a blue light that’s on . Otherwise , it’s a great place to charge your VR and keep your VR in one spot. If it’s a rechargeable battery issue I will come back and update . UPDATE : I got rechargeable batteries but still the left charger lights don’t light up it doesn’t charge that left controller . We didn’t set it up right away . We just thought it would work properly so idk how long the warranty is but I’m SOL so buyer beware. Updates; Now have no lights on either hand controller and I don’t know if it’s charged, charging or anything. It’s only been a year since I bought it and only used it for a few months. I’m very disappointed in this product. No customer service either.

This is a nice accessory for the Meta Quest 2 headset. I purchased it and had it all set up for my kids on Christmas morning. It has been used multiple times a day with ease and I do believe this will hold up over time. I love that it keeps everything in one place, and is crystal clear when it's charging and when it's done. One thing I struggled with was getting the handheld controllers to charge. I read several reviews and couldn't figure it out so I wanted to add a little tip: Just make sure that the metal stripes on the rechargeable batteries are facing up before you put the covers on and you'll be all set. Small complaint: With games like Beat Saber, sometimes the battery cover on the controllers will start slipping off during gameplay. I looked into getting rubber covers to make sure they don't fall off during more intense games, though I believe this would affect the controllers charging properly. Last comment: This charging dock is designed well and works well with aftermarket upgrades to the head-strap. It doesn't affect the way the headset sits in the base to charge. Overall great product and highly recommend.

I LOVE this charging dock! It keeps my headset and controllers organized and ready to go. The USB port in the back means I can plug in the headset fan whenever it’s needed without a separate power source. The only (minor) downside was the need to remove the silicone skins from the controllers so they could recharge on the dock. Well worth the convenience factor!
