I ordered the swan off brand from that over-the-counter thing that Medicare pays for and it's exactly the same but the price difference isn't much difference just make sure you shake it up before you use it definitely will help with neck pain back pain whatever pain you having and the smell diminishes after a few minutes very comfortable to roll on the skin not too much product comes out but just enough it's a good quality product and durable it should last me quite a long time and there's quite a lot of product in there it should last once and months ... show more

I cannot say enough great things about this product. I get severe restless ankles especially at night and I almost go crazy. I decided to try this stuff out of pure desperation to find anything that helps. I’m not even exaggerating it’s been the best thing I’ve tried and I tried everything. The cool gets deep down and calms the tense energy I feel in my ankles. I used to blow on it to get a cooler feeling and wait until it was dry to pull my knee high compression socks back up but I was lazy one day and just pulled my socks up while still wet… wow, I don’t know why but after 1 minute I got the coldest feeling yet from this product and I swear it helped even better! It was as if I had cold packs around my ankle for a good half hour or so and I fell asleep so it could have lasted longer. Now I roll it on my ankles, knees or shoulders that are bothering me and I immediately put my tighter clothing around it to get that deeper, colder and longer lasting feeling. It’s slightly green but my clothing and socks were always dark grey so I never noticed any staining. I love the roll on so I don’t have to get up and go wash my hands.
