I've always had a weird aversion to regular makeup remover. No matter how hard I tried, I'd always end up with water dripping from the washcloth, running down my arm, getting colder and colder as it approached my elbows. The horror. Anyway, when micellar water became I thing, I was THRILLED. Way less wasteful than makeup removing cloths, but equally easy to use. Around 2 years ago though, it seemed like micellar water formulas abruptly changed. Brands I'd bought multiple times before went from taking everything off quickly to making me scrub my face and still leaving behind raccoon-like mascara circles around my eyes and uncomfortably dry skin. I bought several bottles of various brands that reviewers said took their makeup off quickly, but with no luck until I tried this! My makeup comes off easily, my skin feels soft and hydrated, and the fragrance isn't overpowering. I'm kind of tempted to stock up in case Bioderma changes their formula too, but for now, it does exactly what it's supposed to!

This toner had awesome reviews so I did have some high expectations but also know that sometimes what works for thousands of people won't work for me, probably while you're reading this yourself to see if there are any keywords in here that resonate with you. I have dry skin but I also just came back from a trip from South America where the humidity was in the 80s to a cold winter in New Jersey so my skin was not doing well for the first week which is why I got this toner. I decided to wash my face thoroughly and then apply it with my reusable cotton rounds and not only did it take more dirt out of my skin somehow but it left my skin soft and moisturized. It really is incredible and I'm so happy that I found it considering that I never thought I needed a toner with dry skin Definitely recommend this for anyone that has dry skin, is trying to get a good night-time routine going, and needs something that will be gentle on the skin!

I bought this product to remove waterproof mascara. It worked perfectly for that, but it left my eyes dry. Be sure to rinse with cool water afterwards (the package says to pat dry with a towel, but a rinsing will help more.)

Bioderma was one of first brands my esthetician recommends. Large container for an excellent price. After using my skin is so clean and moisturized I sometimes go without moisturizer if extremely tired.

I've never been a huge fan of cleansing water - I never liked the way they made my skin feel. This is a very effective cleanser that leaves my face feeling fresh and baby soft. It's so good at cleansing that when I swipe my face with it after a regular wash, I can see residual dirt that it picks up. There's no scent at all to speak of - This will be a repeat buy for sure.

I come back to this brand over and over after I try other micellar waters. This is my favorite. It doesn't leave my skin tight and striped, affective makeup remover for my nights when I can't be bothered to do an actual skincare routine.
