I am obsess with this product, but I only use it as face wash. It started 5 or 6 years ago when I was on accutane and my skin was so dry it would bring me to tears. This was the only soap gentle enough. But now, it’s the only thing that touches my face. It’s so silky to use. It’s so effective. I have told all my friends about it. (1) it doesn’t ruin my natural skin barrier. I need moisturizer after using it but only barely. (2) because it’s a little oily, it is amazing at removing makeup and sunscreen. (Will not remove Japanese waterproof mascara though, learned the hard way). (3) it smells nice and feels nice. Never ever irritating. It has a light and refreshing scent that makes me smell and feel clean without being too overpowering. Wife loves this! She had some skin irritation issues with other soaps and possibly eczema and this cleared it up, prevented further issues. She uses all through out the winter/colder months. This is the first shower oil I've used, and I will be keeping some on-hand for dry days. My skin feels great after using it. Not sure it will be this one though. It's odd to me to wet your skin before putting it on -- I feel like I'm using too much which feels like wasting money. Not that this is expensive. I was worried that I wouldn't feel clean after, but it does clean very well, including the SPF I use each day.
