Never leaked, had no problems what so ever. I love the blue light glow on the side, works great for those nightly bathroom breaks. There are warnings on the lid, the lid close is not meant to be sat on. Maybe my only con if I had one. Basically, it’s a power washer for your bum. And you might say to yourself, I already know how to wipe so I’m good. I don’t need it. I said the same thing, but my wife insisted on getting one so I bought this one. Well, first of all there’s a huge difference between wiping and washing. Wiping (even multiple times) can get you most of the way to clean, but always leaves some disagreeable remnants behind. This doesn’t. So if you want to be clean get this. If you’re ok with being 95 percent clean back there, then don’t. It’s really that simple. Easy to install if you have an outlet in the toilet area. I bought this to replace my ‘poor man’s bidet’ which I’d purchased in 2020 when weird people bought up all the toilet paper then stacked to make videos of their cats jumping it. Rude! That basic cold water only bidet served me well and I never wanted to return to toilet paper again. A family member has owned one of these for several years and loved it so I chose this brand. Easy to install and has all the bells and whistles you’d ever need. The controller is intuitive and I like the energy saver mode option.
