Style: MIG250A 110V/220V

Features

  • Powerful 6-in-1 Welding Machine: The multi-process 110V/220V dual-voltage MIG welder offers 6 functions: Gas MIG, Gasless Flux Core MIG, Spool Gun MIG, Lift TIG, Stick, and Spot Welding (TIG gun and spool gun not included). With up to a 250 Amp output, it can weld up to a 3/8" plate, making it suitable for a variety of welding tasks. It supports .023"/.030"/.035"/.040" solid/flux wire and .035" /.045" aluminum wire for MIG welding.
  • Easy Operation: The welding machine is programmed with a synergic system that automatically adjusts voltage and feed speed based on amperage, making it an excellent choice for beginners and DIYers. The large LED display clearly shows real-time welding parameters, including voltage, current, and wire feed speed. The control panel includes intuitive buttons and knobs for easy adjustments.
  • Advanced Features: This machine also includes special functions such as burn-back adjustment and inductance adjustment in MIG mode, as well as hot start, arc force, VRD, and anti-stick in MMA mode, providing more efficient and customized welding. IGBT inverter technology ensures stable arcs and maintains a 60% duty cycle at 250A, enabling efficient operation during continuous welding. The 2T/4T/Spot welding modes meet your specific needs.
  • Safety Welding: The welder is equipped with overheat and overcurrent protection (thermal and current breakers). If the temperature or current exceeds the limit, the internal breaker trips, stopping power to the drive motor while the fan continues to cool the unit.

  • I really like this welder
Style: MIG250A 110V/220V
Revised 1/27/26: I still give this welder a 5 star. I don't think you're going to beat it for the price. Aluminum pulse would be a nice feature, but is it worth doubling or tripling the money? I don't think so. I did add a spool gun specifically for aluminum. I purchased a TOOLIOM Spool Gun 150A Aluminum MIG Welding Euro Connection for TOOLIOM TL-200M&TL-250M For $90 last year. It looks like the same Chinese manufacturers making some of these guns as they are others basically identical with a higher price. Spool gun setup was not a problem as I already had Argon tanks, Gas Reg and hose. The electrical connection is just plug in. You will have to pull back the wire from the Mig gun and remove the gun as a spool gun uses the same gas port connection. The screw on argon gas connection attaches to the gas port on the rear of the Mig. 100% argon is needed. You might want to read your manual, I know it's not the best, but there's a switch to change over to spool gun. If you're going to set up for aluminum for an equal thickness be aware more heat is required for aluminum so higher voltage and wire speed needed. If you're going to use a .030" wire increase tip .005"to .035 " for better feeding. Increase your wire stick out to 3/4" to an inch. I have been doing 1/8" thickness and would suggest set my gas about 35 CFM and adjust as needed to control soot. Pushing the puddle seems to give the best results also a sharper gun angle. I estimate a 45 degree angle because it's easy to see and try to hold the gun angle to about half of that. Starting voltage about 19 to 20 volts starting wire speed about 325. Aluminum is a lot more finicky than steel and the spool gun adds another element to the mix, so be prepared for some frustration especially as you're trying to tune it in. Hopefully this information will be a little help, it is more than I had when I started. Good luck Original Review: I purchased this Bilt Hard 250 amp welder back on March 4, 2025 and quite frankly cannot believe the one word reviews knocking this product. Typically a review will list peeves, or provide an actual review of the product, pro & con. Granted I am mostly welding lighter materials 1/8" or less and occasionally 1/4" or more. This welder has performed just fine and actually much better than expected, both with flux-core and gas. Quite frankly this low cost machine functions much better than my 30+ year old MIG did when it was new and it was considerably more expensive back 30+ years ago. My old MIG has a problem and the cost of repairs exceeded the price of this welder, so why not give it a try and I am glad I did. I have not used the stick or the TIG function on this welder and likely never will, as I have a dedicated high end TIG and an old Lincoln stick welder if I ever go back there. I do plan on trying a spool gun with this unit primarily just for aluminum. If anyone has purchased a spool gun would you let me know what worked or didn't work. Maybe I just got a good welder, so I question one star, one word reviews, when this welder has worked so well for me. The only regret I have is my loading a 10 pound flux core spool and not considering the extra weight when I move it around. I do hope these welders become available again and include a spool gun. ... show more

  • Great
Style: MIG250A 110V/220V
Only got to use it twice before my house burnt down but I got to tell you the two times I used it this was the best inexpensive aluminum welder I have ever owned my house burnt down and the welder was inside when it caught on fire I wasn't using the welder house burnt down because of electrical issues I'm going to save up and try to get another one ... show more

  • Great do it all welder
Style: MIG250A 110V/220V
I'm not a professional, I'll start me review with that. I purchased the 135Amp as my first welder. It did great in mig, but I as a stick welder, it was not "efficient". It took time and effort to swap everything over from mig to stick. I still have that welder on my cart next to this 250Amp. There is little to no fuss or trouble swapping from mig to stick. The hot start and arc force settings on this welder for stick are great. I've burned 7018 1/8 in sticks faster and easier on this machine than on my dedicated stick welder. I would buy this welder again and again. Totally worth the money. ... show more

  • Good welder with some issues.
Style: MIG250A 110V/220V
So far good welder. Purchased for aluminum so changed out the liner for the graphene. The graphene liner was too short to follow the instructions included with the welder. It doesn't reach all the way to the drive rollers so that portion is unsupported and will not work with the ER4043. It works with the ER5356 .35". Not sure if parts will be available such as the consumables. It would have got 5 stars if the liner was the right length. I like it. ... show more
