Update: The new one arrived and the cover plate was also dented but that dent was underneath where the faucet attaches so it is hidden. Company needs to look at packaging the cover plate differently. It comes with the plate between the box and the foam, allowing these dents to occur during shipping/handling. Updated to a 4 star as the faucet is very nice, easy to install, works great and looks good. Nice faucet, arrived with a dented cover plate. I suspect this is from the way the product is packaged. The cover plate was between the packing and the box. Amazon is sending a replacement faucet. This post is to just make buyers aware of a potential issue. When the new one arrives, if not damaged, I'll update this review. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Water faucet This is a great water faucet and it looks beautiful as the water falls over the edge of the faucet. I would’ve had my countertop guy make the whole about an inch farther back because the water flows forward quite a bit. It hits the front of my sink. I know that I ordered smaller sinks for this bathroom so the sink is small, but I had to turn the water pressure way down so it would not splash against the front of the sink so hard. Just want people to be aware that even though it’s a 4 1/2 inch faucet from the hole to the end of the Spicket, the water does come quite a bit forward - like a waterfall ... show more
