Fitment For 1988-2006 Jeep Cherokee XJ Wrangler TJ YJ Billet Aluminum Performance Fuel Rail Product Details Turn key ready to install in most cases. Depending on your year of jeep 4.0, you may or may not have a regulator built into the rails with "in and out quick connect fittings". This aluminum rail has one "in" provision. If yours has "2" then see below: The stock Jeep "rail" regulator is not very reliable. Fuel pressure regulating for motor is primarily handled by internal pump regulator in tank. On my 4.0L the stock tank fuel regulator actually provides near perfect line pressure without the need of an additional redundant rail regulator. However you can easily add a early 2000’s GM corvette regulator/filter combo in the fuel line near rail if you wanted to add an additional filter/reg. I also sell all the fittings for that as well. That unit is nice because it’s a filter as well. You can use upgraded EV14 injectors or stock injectors. However if you decide to upgrade to EV14, you will have to get your own injector electrical connections. No injectors or manifold are included. This rail kit allows you to utilize your stock injectors and your own manifold.

This does not fit a 2001 Wrangler TJ or I received one that did not have proper tolerances. Looks nice but was nearly impossible to get the injectors in. Every injector o-ring got cut. Thought I finally got them in without tears but sprayed fuel everywhere when I started the Jeep. Ordered a Crown replacement rail and worked perfectly so it was the rail that was bad. ... show more

Product came packaged well and looked awesome. Installed easily got this was going to be a wonderful product but .... this fuel rail has no check valve in it. And trying to find one that installs easily on your fuel line is nearly impossible. Also the injectors that came with it didn't state that they were slightly longer than stock so after replacing my fuel rail and the new injectors for the second time I had to install all my old parts on the third time lots of fun! Description on website should include this not come with check valve! Thank you anyway ... show more

I installed the rail 09/03/24. The rail is pretty good and easy to install. I will say have some fuel line hoses on standby especially if you live in the rust belt. You will need to stretch the line if you’re using the OEM one or you can just replace it with the next size hose and some clamps. I will give an update when I put some miles on it. ... show more

The title description says it fits multiple years that the XJ was built. LIES. Does not fit the earlier years for the Cherokee. My 88 XJ is not compatible with this fuel rail at all. The fuel injector ports don’t even line up correctly. Don’t buy and waste your time with this product.
