This chair does an excellent job. It is priced reasonably and does what I expected it to do. It is simple and straightforward. The assembly was pretty decent. Looks nice as well. I have used it for a couple of weeks. It is good for recovery. It works well on the back, neck, and feet.

Bought this chair a week ago and it has changed my life! I try to use it every morning I get home from work if I can and it's a Godsend! This chair literally puts me to sleep it's that good . The massage options are plentiful, the foot rollers are particularly great, that zero gravity makes you lay flat pretty much so you can have a sleep feel . Only two smalls gripes I had upon delivery and putting it together, one the attention to detail with the screws were alittle off making it sorta difficult to screw in the sides of the chair a little challenging but I made it work lol and I wish it was a little more padding on the chair headrest but that was an easy fix ( small pillow is all you'll probably need lol) But still awesome chair I would definitely recommend it ❤️💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿! ... show more

The massage chair is a pice of junk. I put it all together and used it and then put it back in the boxes to return . Reson why thier is no padding for your back si the roller balls that massage you push real hard on your back I had brusing all over my back its like a torcher chair. The voice recognition does not recognize your voice commands . So I wanted to get a refund and BILITOK REFUSED ME A REFUND so I call amozon and a they are going to send me a refund it's been 5 days and I haven't seen the refund back on my credit card yet .whe I talked to customer service at AMOZON they said I would have my fefund back in my account by 2 to 3 days . So you have heard what I have been going thru . I will never buy a BILITOK PRODUCT EVER AGAIN .I would not even give one star to BILITOK cheep made massage chairs . ... show more

I got this as a gift for my wife and I have to say it is quite amazing. I do have back problems and go to a chiropractor every month, but I will say ever since I have gotten the chair my back does not seem to affect me nearly as much as it used to.

When reading the description on the product, it Leeds you to think it will fit taller people with the adjustable foot. The foot of the chair does adjust out several inches but if your over 5’10” or more, there’s no place for your head, so zero gravity is out for taller folks. The chair is does everything it says it does and gives an amazing massage. My wife loves it!…….but she’s 5’ nothing. But not even she wants to set in it without the massager on, it’s very uncomfortable for a regular chair and won’t recline without being in a timed massage. ... show more
