We planted 2 small bog gardens next to our pond. However the pond water didn't actually reach the bogs like we had hoped. This pump is the solution. I previously tried s lower watage pump from another company on another website. It wasn't strong enough to pump the water and it didnt provide the tubing. This pump did include everything. It is completely silent too. Just love it. I order3d another one.

The media could not be loaded. The fountain pumps well. The problem I had was it was too high and wide. It immediately pumped out the water... but I found a remedy by reading reviews. How I fixed it was using something to make the holes bigger. That resolved the issue. Also, if full and direct sin isn't one the solar panel, it will not flow consistently. I am home so I move it throughout the day. I am happy with it thus far... it's been 2 days.

The media could not be loaded. Works as good as original pump that plugged in an AC outlet. Great in direct sunlight and still works under cloudy conditions but at a lower flow. Solar panel is huge. I placed mine in a small pot that I can move around as the suns moves. Only had it for 5 days so only a 3 for longevity but seems well worth the money.

I set up this fountain and initially it worked well. After running for about 5 minutes it stopped working. I followed the procedures in the instructions and cleaned and reset the fountain, It still did not work. I noticed a blue light was illuminated on the pump when plugged into the panel and submersed. When lifted briefly from the water the light turned red. I tried cleaning and restarting the pump numerous times with no luck. The manufacturers literature indicated that they should be contacted if there were any issued and that they would provide a satisfactory resolution within 24 hours. I sent an email to the customer service address with a detailed description of the issue, including my steps to remedy the problem. The next morning a saw a reply from them advising me to repeat the steps I had already taken. I did and responded to the email. I have not received a response and it is now beyond the 24 hour period and there appears to be no relief. I will have to return the item and order another one like I am replacing. That one lasted more than a two years in a fairly rough environment.
