This desk is heavy! Takes two people to move the box around (it arrived in a moving truck instead of an Amazon van if that says anything.) It took me longer to get all may monitor cables arranged than it did to assemble the desk (about an hour and 10 minutes with a couple of re-do's). Easy-to-follow instructions, but small illustrations so get your readers out. I've been using it for 5 hours now and so far so good. Once assembled and tightened up, it's very sturdy, with mostly smooth movement up and down. Down is slightly jumpy than up with 2 big monitors and a pretty weighty laptop set up, but not jumpy enough to be a concern. The number of plugs, cords, and adapters for the motor is a little silly, but I guess necessary for this type of mechanism.I wouldn't mind a bigger or second wire basket for holding cords and plugs, and the cord clips provided are pretty amateur and won't last long. All in all, a great desk at a bargain price. Not sure why the review asked me to rate "Pain relief" but OK. ... show more

The packaging was amazing. Very tightly packed with plenty of securing materials to keep it tight and safe during delivery. The desk was super simple to build! The instructions were clear, the parts were labeled well and I had no problems putting any of the pieces together. It did take me just about 1 1/2 hours to completely build, but I felt that was reasonable with some stops and not feeling well. The desk works exactly how it is listed and the position keys to remember heights is fabulous. When raised to standing height the sturdiness is a little shaking when writing on paper, but I do not feel any of my monitors or laptop are unsafe while it is raised. I was able to find a used sterilize storage drawers for under the desk for drawer storage, so lack of storage for me was not a concern. I do wish it had a bigger basket for cords and their components, but I was able to make it work well enough for where I have it in my office. ... show more

This is an awesome desk. Good value for money. Quality wise its a great product. Its very sturdy. It looks elegant. Casters is a good thing to have. It comes with it. I am using the desk with casters. It wobbles little bit when moving but its totally understandable as I am using casters on carpet. I am very positive if you use it without casters its well balanced. Its easy to assemble. Its gonna take some time. Instructions are easy to follow and well written. Its not loud when you move desk up/down. The two hooks and a cable management rack/grill are good utilities. Provided holes on top of desk to pass cables are of top quality. They hold cables and stop them from dropping down. That is the most useful thing they provided with. No more going under the desk to get your charging cables. The only negative thing I experienced is some of the screw housings at the bottom of table top are slipped. I mean the holes where we put in screws. When I try to tighten those screws they kept on rotating forever hence not giving the tighter grip. I am not sure if they keep my table top attached perfectly to the bottom part for a longer time. Otherwise its a really good desk. Note: The shelve/rack on right for placing laptops and under the desk keyboard tray isn't included with it. I bought them separately. ... show more

I've purchased many many products from Amazon over the years and can quite honestly say this was my best purchase EVER out of 1000's of items. This desk, the designers and the company behind this product quite easily can put IKEA out of business, it's that good! It looks amazing, parts fit like a dream, ample spares, packaged carefully, well thought of and what a clean design. Whisper quiet, raises and lowers like butter. I am an engineer by profession and let me tell you, it doesn't get any better than this. The craftsmanship of this product is clearly not from our times.     • Good product but Electronis stopped working.

The electronics supporting the Hight adjustment started failing after 6 Months. Initially we have removed it and re-connected but it fails after a while. starting last week the electronics stopped working with E01 Error .
