The hook holding bike frame can't remain in same position regardless how firmly I tighten it. That's requires balancing the bike every time to prevent it from turning. I've decided to drill the tube and put additional screws to fix the hook in position.

This is a solid wall mount for my wife's road bike. We wanted to get it high up and out of the way, and I worried about the ease of putting it up and taking it down, but the bike is light enough and the design of the mount makes it easy to use even when reaching high. The materials are of good quality and should be sturdy while still protecting the finish of your bike's crossbar.

You take a risk using this. The hardware and quality is questionable. I had to modify mount base and also used my own 2.5 inch heavy duty wood screws to secure on drywall / wood studs in my garage. Still. there are much better products out there, it's just becoming harder to find at local bike stores.

This is a great bike rack for my garage It comes with a Velcro strap, a small wrench, Allen wrench, 4 mounting bolts, instruction pamphlet . Really easy to hang and strong enough for the bike.

I would do 5 stars but they did not send the screws and anchors pictured. Also SCREW INTO THE STUDS, I hung my mountain bike with screws and wall anchors and it came out of the wall. Screw into the studs.
