The seat is nice. However, you may need to modify if your bike old seat has a one inch riser. Fits fine if it is 7/8 inch.

just what I needed for my hybird/beach bike conversion....softer seat means can't use the fancy seat posts that leans you forward or backward..... no carpal tunnel for me , thanks. There's more of us old guys still around, so keep making the legacy stuff like the clamps for the gradual seat adjustments, and no take it or leave it overpriced stuff :) ... show more

    • Watch out for sharp points of metal

This item arrived safe and sound and as I was examining it, I was stabbed a couple of times from 2 points where there were sharp needle like points sticking away from the unit. I broke them off and the item installed just fine. Just be careful handling it to ensure there are no sharp points.
