I opened the package to find that only one component was present. There wasn't a lock washer nor was there a pin. It's not usable without all the pieces, so I can't use it. Returning this and buying from another source.

There's not much I can say except that it looks exactly like the original. It fits like the original. I got this so that both bikes would have the attachment and it wouldn't have to be swapped to the other bike. It serves that purpose very well.
