Could use another hole or two to enhance back stretching for 6+ footers (probably easy to modify by owner). Not sure how this would affect the table balance, however. Probably not much.

Obviously it's big, yeah, but I guess you can't really grasp how big until it's set up in your living room and you now can't access one side of the room. Even when it's folded up it takes up a lot of room. It was cool at first, but I kind of regret buying it.

I was able to assemble this by myself in a couple of hours. The instructions to me were not that clear so I used the photos of the product and figured it out so if you do not have mechanical abilities you may want to get someone who does . The thing this inversion table got me out of terrible lower back pain which had gone on for a long long time . In fact the reason I bought it is my older brother suggested I get one a teeter well they range in price from about 350 dollars to 550 dollars and this sold for 150. Warning do set this for proper height because you if you have it sent to high for your height you could invert and not be able to pull yourself back over to get out of this and imagine being alone and stuck upside down ?

I suffer from long-term chronic back pain work injury. On a bucket of medication, some bad but either that or intense unrelenting chronic pain. Steadily worsening since 2006. When I was in my mid 20. Not bad enough for surgery but too bad for physio. Can't work because of my back or either because of medication. Can't rely on myself because I don't know what I'll feel like in an hour nevermind the next day. It was frustrating and I was fed up. I had no control of my life, my income or anything. It was ridiculous and I was desperate at this point. Miserable. Drowsy from all the medication, and just plain exhausted. I'm 40 and have nothing to name, lost almost everything, my relationship, my friends, my social life. I had to move into my family home, either that or homelessness. I can't earn an income. There is no pride left It was wasting my life and I was plain miserable. I hate my medication and how it made me feel but I was addicted to most of it. The back pain source issue has caused so many bad mental health issues, like bad depression. Thanks my friend told me i could try the inverted therapy. Although i can't confirm whether it is the function of the inverted machine or my psychological function, the matter is showing a turn for the better.

My family doctor told me gravity causes muscles, joints, and bones of the back to compress the spine over time, contributing to chronic back pain. This is back pain and sciatica reason for most people. Inversion therapy equipment is awesome supplements to medical advice. At first, I was going to buy a more expensive inversion table at a local store because I was worried that the big guy would be hard to repair, and the inverted table at the mall seemed to have more functions, such as massages and more angle options. However many friends said we don't need too many functions because the time of inverted equipment shouldn't be too long. Everyone pretty much said that extra features were worthless unless it was a very specific reason for having the special feature. Since it cost less than two decompression visits it certainly would pay for itself very quickly. I purchased it without hesitation. This inverted equipment is the new arrival at our home gym, and it does work for us. We use it 2 times every day and 10mins/time, it helps me relief in just several minutes. As i'm beginner, i started at the lowest setting 20° for upwards of a month then repeat at the next setting 40°. I don't want to spend expensive money in the hospital frequently. We highly recommend this inversion table for most people!

There is nothing positive I can say about this item. It was recommended to me for muscle and back pain. The description says this machine can be folded for easy storage. It does not completely fold up so storing in a closet is impossible and it weighs a ton. Pins used to lock in place are impossible to remove once inserted making adjustments a pain and impossible. It is designed for persons under 5 feet tall unless you are female or of Chinese nationality you will not be able to use this without suffering brain damage. Total waste of money. Should have returned this piece of junk.

After using this table for a couple of months, I have experienced a decrease in back and knee pain. I gave 4 stars for assembly and sturdiness. I put the table together by my self and it was awkward putting the table on the legs. It would have been easier if I had had another person to help. For sturdiness I give it 4 stars. The plastic end caps continue to fall off and the lumbar support pillow continues to slide out of position. The only things I do not like is the ankle supports. I wish the company would offer a different type of support. While hanging the top of my feet begins to hurt. Also I wish there were more than 3 levels of incline. It would be nice to have another incline level between each existing level.
