The worst thing to put together. It took my fiancé and I almost 7 hours with a small break to just assemble the bottom half of this vanity!!!! We are not even done building the top!! The #25 board is defective. The holes are too big for the bolts (the other reviews have said this as well) so we had to get strong wood glue and pray that it holds the boards together that way. GET A POWER DRILL. The fact that it says to use a screw driver for most of it is so wrong...you have to screw things into wood manually which takes so much pressure and time. Also dont get me started on HOW MANY PIECES OF WOOD THAT CAME WITH IT. The 29 board was not even numbered. At least the glass was fine and the mirror is actually cool, but like I said we haven't even finished building it so we have not tried the lighting. I also thought the lighting would already be installed maybe on the wood but we have to put on the LED strips ourselves. I was just extremely surprised and I should have listened to the bad reviews. I just loved the product photos so much I thought mine would be okay. The vanity is also WAY SHORTER (height-wise) than I imagined. I was really hesitant about ordering furniture from Amazon, as I haven’t had good experiences in the past. However, my daughter has been wanting this exact vanity forever. It was her money, so up to her. I did try to help steer in a different direction (a vanity a little less expensive with higher reviews), but she wasn’t having it. I’m actually really glad she didn’t listen to me this time. I will say there are 1 million and one pieces. At first, we thought that she had been sent the wrong one, then we thought that there were two pieces missing, but I think it was just because there were so many pieces. It was a little overwhelming. However, everything was right, and the pieces were all included. I planned on putting it together the next day, but my daughter ended up doing it overnight. It took her probably a total of four hours (she’s 16), but it’s beautiful! It’s much better quality than I expected. I had reached out to the seller each time that I thought there was an issue, sorry about that, and they were super responsive and eager to help. As other reviews mention, it takes time to assemble; it took me 5-6 hours. I have carpal tunnel syndrome, so it took me longer than it would the average person, but with the help of a power drill, I was able to do it completely on my own. The only downsides were that I was missing a piece to support the other side of the shelf above the mirror, and the noise the doors make when opening and closing. Otherwise, everything is fine. I was worried the chair wouldn't fit, but there’s actually plenty of room—even extra space. I bought my chair at TJ Maxx; it’s a Rachel Zoe cross chair. ... show more

UPDATE 4/18/26 -- Asked about the mirror update as they said replacements should be available in February. February has came & gone, they are now saying mid to late June for mirror replacements. Sounds like a string along to me. Again don't waste your money or time. Save yourself the hassle & go with a different vanity. Avoid this company. UPDATE 1/5/2026 -- SURPRISE SURPRISE!!!!! Now the LED mirror isn't working! Shocker! Just like others have said. The so called "company's solution" is to send me LED strips that light up......wtf am I suppose to do with those?! Horrible company, horrible customer service, & SHAME ON AMAZON FOR LETTING THEM TO CONTINUE TO SELL ON HERE!!!! I requested a new mirror be shipped to me. We'll see what they say; I'm sure it will be along the lines of "...we don't have any in stock...." ORIGINAL POST -- Where to start....this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. It actually still ended up being a Christmas gift because it was all we had. I was suppose to receive a white vanity, and ended up with a black one. And I didn't know it even came in black. I had bought this back in November so when I went to reach out to have the item corrected, they told me they were sold out of the white and could only offer a refund. Overall the company listed for this vanity & their products isnt the actually company that reaches out to you & they're not even state side. They will respond to your messages at 1 am because they're from another country, in a different time zone. That was a hassle in itself trying to even remotely get a hold of someone the week before christmas to get this fixed. This seller should be banned for lying about the company name and products. They are not well made, nor are they "as described". My husband said the vanity was fairly easy to put together but flimsy and cheaper compared to the other one we had purchased for our other daughter (they picked the vanities they wanted). He had a bunch of screw he didn't need and was missing a screw he did need. He did not have an issue with piece 25 like others did. But maybe that's because our vanity was the black one, instead of the white! One of the glass doors that goes to the cabinet doesn't stay all the way together so he had to E6000 it, which has solved that issue. My husband did not have a challenge putting it together, but he is use to building things. While I did end up with a refund and a vanity still, my 14 year old did not get "exactly" what she asked for. Now, with that being said, she is grateful for a vanity & is enjoying it so far. This kid works so hard and this was the only thing she asked for. She has overlooked the color and made it her own. But just save yourself the hassle of disappointment and go with a different vanity/company. Overall I DON'T recommend this vanity, I DON'T recommend this company!!! Amazon should remove this seller & their "products" immediately. Don't waste your time or money, go with a different vanity!!!!! I gave it a 5 star review. Shipping was faster than advertised. Package come with some tears, but due to good packaging, nothing was broken inside. It does take a minute to put together and I did have a couple of problems. All worked out quite well and I didn't have to call support. I see several reviews claiming item is defective etc, it's not. You need to have experience assembling furniture or be ready for a long journey. I think this is a solid piece for the money. Has soft close doors on top, but it is less roomy than I was hoping for and there are no measurements of the top shelves. I don't have the glass shelves installed in the picture as I am still trying to figure out where everything fits for now. One issue I had was the strip lights for the two glass cabinets. The adhesive backing come off with the protective film, so I had to glue them in. Also there is no white light option for them on the remote and I don't like the colored light. Overall item is exactly as described and pictured, assembly is lengthy, but ok for someone who is able to follow instructions to a T. Oh, gold handles included are totally fine, but I got crystal ones as they go better with the rest of my room. ... show more

I get so many compliments on my vanity! Beautiful aesthetic, I didn’t put it together myself I did need help but instructions were clear and easy once started. Very sturdy it’s last me two moves now !! And super spacious for its size

This vanity is extremely poor quality and far more difficult to assemble than any other product I’ve ever purchased. The paint is already chipping, and the mirror came with a large 4-inch discolored yellow section and I haven’t even used it yet. It took my husband, who’s a general contractor, eight hours (with just one short break) to put it together and that’s only because he has professional experience. He said it had too many parts. Some parts like even arrived messed up with hole sizes that were too big that don’t fit into the cam bolts, and when he tried to contact customer service for replacements, there was no clear contact information listed in the manual nor anyone listed online. The vanity isn’t durable and anyone saying it’s quality doesn’t know quality, quality isn’t chipped and peeling paint before you use it. What a complete waste of time and money. ... show more
