It should be a zero rating. I opened the package and immediately realized the bottle was nearly empty. it did not spill during shipping as the box it arrived in was completely dry. OMG this stuff is a life saver and money saver!! It works!!! Thank God I found this stuff because I did not have the money for salon removal. A little goes a long way if you have keratin tip extensions and need them removed this works! GET IT
