I actually feel like I've been lied to. I read the page descriptions and they're all lies. This was one of the hardest things I've ever put together -- and I enjoy building furniture. Not this though, it's all manual labor, sweat, and frustration. It gets so dense after even an hour or two of sitting on it that it hurts my butt. Whatever stuffing it has does not fluff back up over time. I have to pick up the 60lb chair to squish it in other directions to try to reshape and fluff it regularly. It continually loses shape over time and has been getting increasingly uncomfortable. It takes up more and more floor space over time as it turns into a blob. A blob would be so much better though! I can feel the zippers inside the chambers because of how it's squished down. It's lumpy and hard. I wish it didn't have the raised back and was all one peice on the floor because they separate leaving a gap. One might ask why I've given it so many tries if I'm so unhappy with it: it's an unreturnable item. Amazon customer service sent me to a post office three days in a row. I was finally told at FedEx that they would not be able to ship my item due to the size and shape (even broken down to it's 5 peices) despite what Amazon says. Then, I was told by support that someone would come to my home to pick up fufton, package, and ship it for me. I was thrilled with this option. I was told that wait time would be several weeks. They never came nor notified me. I'm stuck with this hunk of junk. It's too big to throw away easily (it'll literally cost me money to get rid of). It's an absolute eyesore. I'm ready to toss it for good due to emotional distress alone. Buying this thing has been an absolute nightmare that I do not wish upon anyone. ... show more

I have given this couch a few weeks to "grow on me" and it has not. It was for a teenagers room. It is large and comfortable (does take a few days to totally puff out), however, I specifically ordered the union gray for her room and I ended up receiving something that looked more like the cement gray (but not suede). Its more like a black or dark navy gray. I would had given 5 stars if I had received the color that I wanted. **I checked on several computer monitors because i know that color quality can be tricky.** I don't know if its a vendor thing or a manufacturer thing, but I would not order again. In fairness to the vendor I did not contact them about this. Once the couch was out of the box I just couldn't imagine how I would send it back. ... show more

This is a funny product. I'd really rather it were more structured but if you flip it once a week and flip it back, it essentially keeps its shape. We bought this in addition to the single chair to go in our "Library". They are both covered in the blue fabric and that aspect is really high quality. They look fun and bold and are comfortable to sit and maybe fall asleep on. The bottom line is that they deliver. If you are only half in on this product, I wouldn't buy it because it would be a nightmare to return. I've now had them for a couple months and I am convinced they'll be here for years. ... show more

I really wanted to like this product, but it was a pain in the butt. Hard to put together, not enough full to substantially make it a hearty sofa, where they either made the fabric too big, or the memory foam pillows that you stuff too into it, too small. You merely hit the ground when you sit on it, and it’s just very cumbersome and not worth the purchase. It is supposed to be similar to a beanbag chair but even with that it’s a saggy beanbag chair. ... show more

I thought this would be the perfect, temporary couch until I get a new couch, but this did not turn out like the pictures at all. This product came with 4 individual pillows and a cover to stuffed them in. For the the life of me, I could not form my bean bag to look like a couch as shown. The bean bag cover seems to be too small to fit all the pillows in. This product also can with non-specific instructions of how to assemble. I wouldn't recommend buying this idea. To me, it was a waste of my hard errand money. I only use the largest pillow for lounging around or to nap on. The 2 smaller pillows I don't use.
