I received from China, wrapped in what looked like a black trash bag then tapped with yellow tape all around it. Very unprofessional looking. I was hesitant to even open it and requested a refund before even opening it. It was a tiny package too compared to the size of this beanbag. They allowed me to return at my expense, only to find out that postage would cost more than the item to send it back. It basically a zipper blanket. Good luck finding the filler to filler it up, it would cost me over $500 to fill it. We are going to attempt to fill it with old blankets and so forth, but as of right now it was just a huge waste of money and frustration. ... show more

It’s sad that the people who sale this horrible product are allowed to do so! We have put a total of 11 bags of stuffing into the chair and it’s still not usable!!! We have invested so much money in the foam that we feel we can’t return the 2 we bought! It actually doesn’t deserve any stars

I didn't read the description and was expecting a bean bag. This is only a cover. The good news when I bought the bean bag and used this cover my son loved it. It will keep the bean bag clean and can be removed to wash.

When I bought my 7ft bean bag the advertisement said nothing about not including the filler! I was expecting the beanbag to come to my door already filled in a huge box. Much to my surprise the beanbag was dropped off in my mailbox! I thought this was a mistake. I drove up to my mailbox (we live in the country) and low and behold there was a box in my mailbox! I ONLY RECEIVED THE SKIN of the beanbag. No filler! Now the filler is going to cost another $300 to $400 to fill the dang thing. I wish I would have known this prior to buying or I would not have bought the beanbag!!!! ... show more
