The Good- •very beautiful detail! And I mean super super great attention to detail. I bought in a lot of toys and a lot of doll houses and I have never seen this kind of like detail and creativity put into something like this. •the dolls are really well made and the furniture is really well made it is made out of plastic but it's very very durable plastic and everything Cooks together really well. •it has working lights which I think is super cute and very helpful. •comes with a ton of accessories! Whoever chose on the food must a lot of pizza because food is the main food that it comes with but it comes with like vases and flowers and little glass cups which are actually made out of plastic but they're made to look like those little glass cups, you can actually fill up the pool with water, it has a little picnic table and even the beach chair comes with can be adjusted to lay down or sit up. It even has a little tiny mini towel to hang on a towel rack in the bathroom. Super cute!!! The bad- so I have a hard time with instructions so keep that in mind when I tell you what the bad part is because it could have been me and not the product itself. But I could not find two poles that I needed to finish the dollhouse the correct way so I had to improvise and I don't have a clue if I put these two poles somewhere where they don't belong somewhere already in the dollhouse or if there really is just two poles that are missing, in the end it ended up working out but I feel like it would have been a lot nicer if I had these two extra poles LOL •what is with the slide 🥴 again I don't know if I'm missing something or if I'm just not understanding something with the slide, but there's three different parts to the slide to place it together from what I understand, but only two pieces will click together, I looked all up and down and around and all over this third piece and there's absolutely no way to connect it. I had no idea how to get all three pieces together and again that could be my issue with difficulty of understanding instructions, and again we improvise and put the slide into the little pool that it comes with to prop it up so that it wasn't kind of hanging like it was which it wasn't really hanging it was just like barely hovering over the floor which obviously made it so it was unstable but putting the pool underneath it gives it just enough leeway to sit on it and be stable. So overall I would recommend this dollhouse if you have a very delicate child. My daughter is pretty easy on toys. She really likes to take care of her things and she's very gentle. But my oldest when she was younger this dollhouse would have been in a million pieces already and I just barely spent 3 hours putting it together. That wouldn't really go for the furniture though because the furniture is actually like I said really really durable and nice but the dollhouse itself it's something that could last if you have a child that is easy on toys basically. It sits perfectly it's fine it's just I could easily see this falling apart with a ruffian child and we all know they're out there LOL so I recommend this for the people that have kids that are not the type of kids that are just going to pick toys up and throw them across the room kind of thing. If you have a little girl or boy that loves dolls and minitures, this dollhouse would definitely make her or him very happy! I was deadbeat today after my daughter's graduation and my daughter just kept begging and begging and begging me to put this dollhouse together and then after 3 hours of helping me put it together she then played with it for another 2 hours straight which she's got a short attention span so that's a long time For her!!

Let me start by saying this is cute and has a lot of accessories included, I was honestly shocked by the sheer amount that was included. The accessories aren’t dollar store cheap but not high quality either, midline that just past acceptable. My issue is with the building itself. This cannot be put together in carpet, you need a solid surface to build and keep this or it will come apart during the build or regular play. Got a toddler who has the curiosity of a cat or not gentle? It’ll come apart. Need to adjust it or move it? It’s coming apart. Did you just bump it? Yep it’s coming apart. The pieces do not snap together in a semi permanent way, rather they press together, some rather loosely and come apart easier than putting them together! Glue. That’s what you need if you want this to hold together for the long haul. Unless of course you like the never ending puzzle or don’t mind pieces of it strewn about the floor until you rebuild it. It takes a while to put together too, an hour maybe? I lost track of time honestly so for it to easily be pulled apart by a curious toddler or from me trying to turn it around is downright frustrating. If you get it, have the glue ready before you begin and I’m sure this would be a steal of a deal then!

I'm collecting for a toy drive and was fortunate enough to receive this playset for the second time. I say it's a construction set because the child has the option of building into many different configurations. You can do one large house or a couple smaller buildings. Most of this set is made of reasonably thick, durable plastic, and the structures are fairly sturdy. The only thing I would improve upon are the walls, which can interchange wherever you want them, but they are made of a coated cardboard. The imagery and colors of the walls are nice, but the walls could be thicker. The furnishings are well detailed and in proportion with the rooms and figures. There are 4 felt-fuzzy animal figures that come with their own outfits, but you must dress them as they are unclothed. Some of the furnishings require simple assembly or setup, but much can be done by the child, or they can at least provide assistance. Once the child understands the simple connections to attach the pieces, they will have hours and hours of fun constructing. I like that this set isn't overly feminine, so young boys can enjoy it as well. The lights each come with batteries preinstalled, and they give a charming glow that can also act as nightlights for kids. The set comes with instructions that give examples of various configurations, but those are just a few of the options. It all comes packed in an adorable, but large, box with embossed photos of the completed set and it's features. I highly recommend this playhouse for the quality, interactive elements, details, and entertainment to be had by kids. It's best suited for ages 3 through 8/9.
