This is the most comfortable office chairs I've ever owned. I sit long hours working in my office and it is well padded, comfortable, spacious, and well built. I'm 275 and it is perfect for me, though there is plenty of room for larger individuals. Cheap office chairs feel like you're just sitting on wood after extended hours. This one stays comfortable. I have a lot to say about this Colamy big and tall chair. It feels very heavy duty, every part feels like a quality piece of furniture. The box showed up and was very large and very heavy. The UPS driver was not looking forward to bringing it to the third floor. When you're sitting in it, it really feels like a couch as far as comfort. It's very spacious and comfortable in every way. The seat is spacious and thick, the inflatable lumbar support is fabulous, and the wide arms are very comfortable. I'm disabled. and feel that not only is this chair great for big and tall. (500# capacity) but also easy to climb in and out of. If you needed a chair that you could climb from a wheelchair into, I feel that you will be happy with the size and sturdiness of this chair. With all the pros of this chair and not finding any cons, why didn't I give this chai 5 stars? I'll answer that for you. This chair is worth 5 stars, the best one I have found in my 62 years. But this one had a cut in the seat and don't see how it got there. The box was in good shape and wasn't cut in any way. Must of happened before it was boxed from manufacturing. There is no way I can get this anywhere even if I could box it back up to send it back, a piece of black duct tape will have to suffice and I hope the cut doesn't expand and get larger. I hope this review was helpful to you. I used a picture from the web so you would know exactly what chair I was talking about because I couldn't take a picture atm. I had the same (big box office supply chain store) chair for over 15 years. It served me well in my home office. After much daily use, wear and tear it was time for a new one. I’m 6-1” and 215 lbs. I wanted a high back, wide seat & long seat executive chair. I found this one and with its clean lines and understated stitching (i.e., minimal tufting bling) it fits with the more modern look I wanted. It came in a very well packed box. Everything was individually wrapped in plastic with extra, dense foam protection. The directions were good. The instruction drawings matched what I was doing step x step. The kit comes with everything including a good hand tool that you can use to really torque down on the screws. Assembly took me about 30 minutes - and everything made sense; no surprises. My old chair was creaky, groaned, sucked-in or blew out air and towards the end it was leaning to one side. This new chair is comfortable, cushy and it feels very solid. I am selective and thus far I am very pleased with the construction (i.e., the chair’s materials and the overall solid-built feel of the chair). Using/sitting/shifting in this new chair is quiet as well as getting in and out of the chair is quiet. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this to anyone. A+ ... show more

Heavy duty! Well made and durable! Got for my husband as a gift and he loves it! It’s wide enough for his hip and tall enough he can rest his head back! The arm rest rock! They don’t allow anything to fall through like normal office chair do with the holes on the side. Great lumbar support. Head rest adjusted to different heights which is a major plus for our family!
