I bought this chair about 16 months ago and I'm in it for at least 8 hours a day in my home office. It has held up better than any chair in many years. The cushion isn't a compressed paper-thin cloth stretched over plywood like every other chair I've had. It's still soft and thick and comfortable. I'm seriously tempted to buy another and put it in the attic until for the sad day this one gives up the ghost. I'm a big guy and am hard on office chairs but this one has fully impressed me. The only problem I've had is the screw hole holding in top of the right arm was stripped out from day 1, but it's nothing some crazy glue couldn't cure. 10 out of 10 ... show more

No chair is as comfortable and long-lasting as this one, and I've tried several brands and varieties of chairs. Their customer service is also incredible. One of my cats took a piece out of my chair (an aesthetic cap to hide a screw) and instead of just sending me a cap, they gave me whole free arm of the chair to replace, if needed (FOR FREE). I may actually end up buying two more in the future (one for my wife when we get a bigger place, and another for me, as my cats have continually scratched it to pieces...). That being said, it's quite affordable and has been my longest, most comfortable chair out of the many, many chairs that I've tried. I mean, I'm sure there are better chairs out there, but leave it to affordability to allow to try one and actually like and keep this one.     • Very good chair, plenty of room
I am very satisfied with this chair. I use it in a pretty rough environment (garage) and it has held up very well. It has plenty of room for the seat (much more than I need thankfully) and the back support has held up well. Assembly was only slightly tricky, but no big deal. The only nit I have is the cushion on the seat. Now I sit on this chair maybe 14 hours a day every day while working. So I'm definitely above average in use. But eventually the cushion seems to get compressed to where it is no longer comfortable. I have tossed another cushion on top just to keep this comfortable and all is well. But rollers still work well, no tears in fabric, swivels fine, etc. Just wish they somehow build longer lasting foam in the seating area. ... show more

    • Real Review from a Honest, Fair Perspective (Will Update as Needed)
Hello, This chair was purchased as a gift to myself, as I always take the most cost-efficient route in the past. I would typically not spend more than $150.00 dollars on a chair. However, this time around I wanted to reward myself. I am 5'11 and plus sized. This chair was purchased on 07/21/24 and arrived on 7/25/24. UPS shipped the item and it weighed about 76lbs. Initially, the item was supposed to arrive on 7/24/24 but UPS did not load it due to the size. This is not fault of the company, but of the shipper. You may want to pick it up if that is more convenient for you, all the same the chair arriving the next day was still decent. The box arrived and the top of it was open, so I prayed there was no damage or missing pieces. Although it was open, there was a huge foam protector at the top so that was helpful. We took out all the pieces to assemble, you get a free tool to do so. There are also instructions that arrive with it and tips on how to upkeep the chair. It was a pretty straight forward process as far as assembly, the only minor portion that required extra effort per my husband was the alignment of the arms to the chair. You have to be steady and precise. Once assembled the chair has a headrest that lifts, rolls good on carpet, and is so comfortable to sit in. You could fall asleep in this pillow of a chair! I mean it is really comfortable and professional looking! What a steal, because if you want a heavy duty chair like this for example the Shaquille O'Neal office chairs from OfficeMax will run you $400-$500.00 dollars easily! I am sure some people can afford that price point, maybe even most. However, if you want people to keep coming back and spread the word on how great the chair is the price point should be around $299.00-$315.00! It's a no brainer! I am thinking about purchasing another one! I will update as necessary! Please buy one! Thank you and have a great day! ... show more
