Easy to install. Have yet to find how to run a clean cycle on it. Sometimes turning the control knob forward performs anal cleaning, sometimes toward the back. Wife hasn't tried it for vaginal cleansing yet. Seems to always run a bit warm. I leave it no no heat setting. The light makes a nice night lite for night-time trips, which I have to make more of due to prostate problems. Almost like there is a UV component in it as the bowl seems to stay cleaner longer. Drying fan is not very useful. But, it takes about three squares to dry me off after use.

After our trip to Japan, my wife wanted a heated, remote-controlled bidet like we used everywhere in Japan. This is not it. The remote only had a couple of supposed functions which hardly did what they claimed. First, the remote does not turn the water on or off; you must turn a knob at the hinge of the seat to turn the water on, then again to turn it off. The remote functions were supposed to control the water temperature and pressure, which they barely did. The "pulse" function slowly reduced and increased the water pressure, taking perhaps 2 seconds or more to go through one cycle. The temperature was lukewarm at best. We were looking for a unit where the remote could control all the functions. This didn't do it. Returned.

My friend is mobility challenged. He has progressed to the point he can get on the toilet and off unassisted, but still needed to be cleaned up. This bidet has given him the freedom to use the toilet when he wants to without someone to clean him up. He does a better job cleaning up with the bidet than anyone has done. He has the self-respect now he has been missing for 40+ years. What a powerful gift.

It works but it drips a little bit in the off position. The work around was to turn the knob slightly passed the first click on the feminine wash side. I would have returned it because of this defect but it was a bit of a hassle to install it. Make sure you use plumbers tape on all the threads otherwise it will leak.

Very easy to install. Seat is durable with no flex. The control lever located on the side is small, simple to operate and unobstrusive; providing a visually pleasing look. Flap that covers the spray wands provides a clean look. Initial spray can be strong but easily regulated.
