Installation took about 20 minutes, mostly because I hate plumbing and was taking my time to make sure there were no leaks. It's pretty straight forward, just remove your old seat and follow the instructions to mount this seat. Double check your supply line connection to make sure you don't have any leaks, then plug it in. I've never used a bidet before, so I was a little shocked by all the buttons on this thing. Nothing to worry about though, it just has a lot of nice features. After you figure out the buttons, really you're only using two. One to wash and one to dry. The warm water and heated seat are very nice. The warm air dryer works shockingly well. If you're like me and you've never used one before, it can be a little intimidating. Don't let it scare you. You'll be amazed at how well this thing cleans and dries your back door! The soft close seat and lid are a nice touch. So is the night light for us guys at night. No need to turn on the bathroom light to find the target. 10 out of 10 for sure, would definitely buy again.

After having surgery, we thought it best to purchase something like this for ease of recovery. Thank God we did. It had many features like water temp and strength. It had a sleek yet elongated appearance. Hooking it up wasn't terrible but make sure you have an outlet nearby the actual toilet or you'll be running extension cords. There are probably better seats than this as well as worse, but we were happy with this particular one. It performs as needed. No discernible leaks. Worth the money.

This bidet does it all. Adjustable sprayer, seat warmer, warm air dryer. I found that if you just use the sprayer pressure adjustments, the water pressure is light to medium. If you want a more intense spray and you are using the S8OL/S8OR remote control, then, while seated, press and release the "light/help" button, wait a few seconds and it will activate the turbo flush (more sprayer pressure) function. My only issue is the seat seems a little high in the back, but that's easy to get used to.

**UPDATED 6/7/24** The seller is great and worked with the issues I was having with the original purchase, must have been defective, but the review below is still accurate. Not the best product, but usable. I would buy again from this seller, but not this specific product itself. Alright, so we had to buy a new toilet, and I wanted to get an elongated toiled so we had to get a new bidet as well. Saving on costs and not familiar with brands, this was $159 on sale vs. our Alpha GX wave that's $232. The alpha felt superior in every way, so here's the comparison: Water pressure: this product is not strong, but not weak. Alpha felt like a pressure washer that you can adjust, this has 2 settings--"turbo" which is okay and normal that's not gonna blast off anything.... The stream is smaller, alpha was a thicker stream. This also uhh, penetrates easier that can be....weird. Water temp: this stays consistently warm, unlike the alpha that only stays warm for like 15 seconds then goes out. Only advantage on this product so far. Heated seat: feels it's only heated until you sit on it until you use the washer; seems like the heat disappears after washing. Warmth is okay, but the alpha seat was warm the whole time 24/7. Oscillating feature just doesn't work; you press the button twice in a row, it just stops the process. So far it does its job, but I would rate it less than the alpha wave. If I had bought this product first and never had experience with the alpha, it would be a bit disappointing, but it works I guess. If your strapped on cash and okay with mediocre but not really work as advertised with features, go for it. Otherwise I would look at the alpha bidet or another product.
