This is my first bidet and I purchased one because I know at least five people who own one and everybody raves about theirs. Now I see why, they really are great! Installation was mostly easy. I have a pretty tight fit between the wall and the toilet so that was my main challenge. And then the T valve connector gave me a bit of trouble. It kept leaking from the top nut that connects to the toilet tank, I finally looked online for advice and the trick is to screw it in tighter than you think you should. Basically, that nut should be tight enough that the piece hanging down doesn't move — just make sure the hose connector on the side is facing you so you can get the hose on! One other challenge was getting the rubber extender pieces that the screws fit into through the holes in the toilet, I ended up running them under some hot water to soften them up and then I was able to shove them down into the holes. The rest went together very easily, the seat slid right onto the bracket and the remote just connected. I love the soft-close lid, no more lid clanging down. The remote is cool and has a lot of features, but I find myself just using the dial on the side more often than not, once everything is set how I want it, I don't need to use the remote. You should buy one!

Great! Water pressure, temp, controls and features are all excellent. I wish the dryer were stronger (its really not useful and takes a long time to actually dry), but otherwise I love it. I did need to order a different T-valve during install because the provided valves would not stop leaking.

Okay, I finally took the plunge and got a bidet toilet seat, and honestly, I wish I'd done it sooner! Installation was mostly straightforward thanks to the clear instructions – the quick-heating function and adjustable temperature settings are fantastic. It really does feel much better and cleaner than just toilet paper. One thing to note, though, is that the "easy installation" might not be the case for everyone. While connecting the water line to the toilet tank was simple enough with a diverter, my bathroom didn't have an outlet nearby, so I ended up having to install one. This definitely added some time and complexity to the process, requiring running a line through an adjacent wall. So, it's worth checking your bathroom setup beforehand. But despite that extra step, this bidet has been a wonderful upgrade. The seat itself is really comfortable and the controls are intuitive to use. Living in South Dakota, the heated seat has been a game-changer, especially with these longer winters! It’s always nice and warm, and even little things like the slow-close lid add a touch of elegance. I also appreciate the self-cleaning nozzle – it’s great for peace of mind knowing it's always sanitary. The overall appearance is sleek and it always looks clean. It really does feel like a bit of a spa experience at home, and for the price, I think it's an excellent value and a big step up from a standard bidet attachment. I've never used let alone owned a bidet seat before. I didn't know what to expect but I bought on a recommendation from my lifelong best friend that I would like it. I have to say why I felt it was necessary,at 73, to try such a radical change in my day to day activities. It's because I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder and there was going to be a lot of accommodations I would have to make in my life and day-to-day activities. While I can't compare to other products I have to say this amazed me with how simple how effective and how easy it is to use. The water does keep warm, you can adjust the angle of the jet stream and the pressure making this easy to find the most comfortable way to use the seat. So yeah I highly recommend it it's very effective and a five-star rating from a first-time user
