I was skeptical about getting one of these at first but now I can't imagine ever not having one again. First off you will feel cleaner, its so much better and so much more hygienic then toilet paper. Second, you will cut down drastically or stop using TP, your plumbing and purse will thank you. It was easy to install, it only takes a few minutes. I've heard people complain about the water temperature, that you can't make it warm. Its true uou cannot adjust the temperature and I can honestly say that is not an issue, and I live in the North and wouldn't want this any other way. As for softness? I can only assume people are speaking about water pressure, which is adjustable every time you use it, no brainer. Its life changing.

Great, simple and effective. I had bought a wash, heated, remote control..lights, dry, fold (lol) and all...and returned it. It was just hideous to look at and pricey. A friend has one of these simple bidets and I ordered it. Here's my most important installation Tip: If you have plastic threads coming out of the bottom of your tank to attach the provided T water joint, you must replace your floater (in the tank) with one that has metal threads! If your uncertain of how to put the (provided) rubber washer in..flat side goes in first. Took 15 mins. to install both needed parts..after a trip to the hardware store for metal threaded bobber assembly. You got this!

Last week as I prepared installation of the bidet, I made sure I had all the parts to complete the installation. It was a simple installation, which took less than 30 minutes. One note that I would like to add...While I am familiar with the T adapter fitting provided, along with the sealing mechanism... it would probably make sense to have this conical seal pressed into the female adapter fitting. It could easily be installed incorrectly for those consumers that are NOT familiar with these seals. The only reason I bring this up is because there was no mention of the seal in the instructions. The simplicity of the bidet should be welcome to future consumers of this product. Dual cleaning nozzles certainly make it easy to use. We have been bidet users for a little over 3 years and have converted many of our family members to the bidet product line. Over the past couple years our country has experienced shortages due to the pandemic as well as consumers hoarding paper goods products, such as toiletries. Our paper goods purchases have gone down by about 75%. As we entertain guests at our home, Iโm certain questions will be raised, since the bidet was installed in our guest bathroom. We will certainly promote the product.

Took me less than 30 minutes to install. The water spray was soft to the Touch. The bumpers did not work if the Glued side got wet. Overall pleased with the unit.
