Like many other people, I ordered this bidet because of the difficulty of finding toilet paper. This was one of the cheaper options I could find on such short notice, and I was nervous about the build quality because of the price. So far I've been pleased with it. The installation was a little more difficult than I had hoped; the hoses were very difficult to unscrew, especially if you don't have good grip strength. But it wasn't the end of the world, and one person can get the job done. It is important to keep a bowl under the water supply hose to catch any leaks after you attach the bidet. Mine had a slow leak after my first attempt (don't worry, it was an easy fix- just don't tighten the hoses too much). Keep an eye on it for a week or so to make sure everything is secure. Using the bidet itself is easy and the cold water is not as bothersome as you might think. The water pressure is nice and you can get really clean. My one and only real complaint is the holder that can hook on the toilet/be attached to the wall is pretty crappy. It hooks onto the toilet tank just fine, but I never saw a way to screw it into the wall. Also, the bidet handle/hose doesn't fit into it like it should. That's the only reason why I didn't give this product 5 stars. Overall: easy to use, practical, and a necessity right now. ... show more

Very good quality!!! I've had this for months now and no leaks. Sturdy metal, rust free. Looks like it will last a long time. The handle controls water pressure. Just make sure to turn on and off when not in use so that the pressure doesn't damage your valves. On my photos, you'll see that the instruction manual is not in tiny letters as others have described. Maybe this was changed. Easy installation - The instructions are straight forward. The only challenge was that the space between my toilet and the wall is so narrow and my installer is a big guy. He wasn't happy. A mirror helped out. I personally prefer the handheld than the kind that goes inside your toilet. I'd like it far from poop, LOL. I did not buy this to replace TP. Growing up in an Asian household, it's always Bidet + TP. Although if there is panic buying on toilet paper again, having a bidet is a great security to keep your hygiene!!! This bidet is a high quality and well constructed unit from handle to hose to the diverter. The material finish is a nice brushed nickel while the hose and diverter have a shining chrome look. The items are packaged securely in foam that has been cut to fit each part to prevent damage while shipping. Holding hook comes pre assembled to clip into the tank on the side, to wall mount I only have to remove the two screws and then use the included drywall anchors to mount into the wall.     • Your best friend in cleaning your bottom
I bought this to reduce reliance on tissue paper and its more effective in cleaning. You can adjust the water pressure based on how much you press the handle. Installation is straight forward but I kept on having leak initially as I didn’t realize It’s not tightened well (see tips below). I don’t have leak so far. Tips: when installing, make sure to use a non slip cloth to help tighten the knobs. Given that it can get wet and slippery, I thought that I’ve tightened it well only to realize it still leak when I turned on the water. Using the plumbers tape doesn’t seem to be necessary as long as you tightened well. Also, make sure that the T adaptor can’t be rotated from both ends.
