Easy installation and durability is what i liked about Bidet sprays. The instructions (particularly the pictures) are kind of small for a vision challenged persons. Add one more page and give picture representations clearly is the only thing i can think of that i do not like.

I totally love this thing. I've been using it for months now and whenever I'm away from home, I miss it. Same price as a package of toilet paper, and so much nicer to use. I was trying to decide between a "warm water" style that attaches to the sink or this "cold water" style, and I'm glad I went with this one... The cold water feels nice (even in winter) and I don't have to fiddle with the sink to turn it on. I also love the control of having a handheld sprayer rather than the common Japanese style toilet-mounted model. These sprayers are used all over Southeast Asia from what I understand, and I can see why they're so popular. The water pressure can be very strong on the high setting, so I've also used it a few times to power-wash items in the tub....oddly satisfying. (Be careful, don't turn it up to max and aim it at yourself without knowing what your water pressure is like!) There are many similar sprayers on Amazon, but I chose this model specifically because it has a nylon nut to connect to the toilet tank, which makes it less likely to strip the water inlet on the toilet when you're installing it. I also contacted customer service and they replied quickly. If you run into any issues, they seem friendly and responsive. One last note... if you're like me and didn't grow up with this kind of technology, you may wonder how to use one of these properly. There are some good videos on YouTube by people who have experience traveling through Thailand, that's what I used to get my bidet sprayer education.

My install was a tad more complicated as the plumbing is old, but I did it myself and after everything resettled, the little leak stopped. I like being able to control the pressure and the aim, which is easier than a seat-installed bidet that aims all wrong and you're twisting yourself to get to the controls. I do wish my hot water was close enough to use it, but when it gets too cold it reminds me to not waste water!

Simple bidet. Very intuitive to install and to use. Just a straight up bum washer. We had some issues with leaks and getting stuck, but customer service really stepped up to resolve the issue. I recommend, would buy again.
