This is singlehandedly the best purchase I made before surgery earlier this year. There is a learning curve, so if you're buying it in preparation for a surgery, get it 3-4 weeks ahead of time so you can practice using it and making sure you're getting the job done while you still can. While I was unable to reach to wipe, this thing saved me the humiliation of someone else helping me. I have full mobility again now, but I will probably use this until it dies, and then I'll probably buy another one. It makes everything easier. And Im spending a lot less money on toilet paper, so it has already paid for itself. It also has varying water capacity, you can expand the bottle to hold more or less water. It doesn't fit in my sink for refill while fully extended, so I have a system where I use a cup to pour water into it and that works great. It's better than a lot of bidet options available to renters, in the sense that you can use warm water without having to plug it in or have a separate warm water output available. So far, it seems to hold a charge for a few weeks at a time, and doesn't take too long to charge back up when it dies. If I ever wanted to travel with it, that's convenient and easy - the nozzle screws into the bottle part and then it comes with a carry bag so it keeps itself protected against damage and easily stored. I cannot recommend this enough. It really has made life so much easier, especially while I was already feeling vulnerable after surgery.

Spacerest and Vikken might claim to have higher water pressure, but in reality, it doesn’t feel nearly as effective as the PureJet. The Purejet portable bidet is convenient for travel as it fits inside the water reservoir. Being waterproof is nice that the reservoir doesn't have to be completely dry before packing up. Both speeds have good pressure and work well, it is nice to have 2 options. It was a bit awkward at first, but it is very easy to operate. Way better than the squeeze bottle bidet I had been using. It is quiet and discreet. I plan to purchase another for my husband. I used it over a 5 day vacation and it was still going strong when we returned home. Definitely recommend this.

This bidet is rechargeable and portable has two settings one a softer stream and one a more forceful stream and you decide the temperature of the water yourself. It is wonderful for those who do not have the space in their bathroom to put in a bidet unit onto their already existing toilet this is a great option. The only drawback is is that you You will probably require the need to refill it during its use. It is very well thought out and well made I just wish they made a larger bottle for more thorough bidet use without having to refill but I am very happy with this unit and I'm sure you will be too. The rechargeable unit actually fits inside the bottle and screws inside of the base so it is very convenient and unobtrusive to keep in your bathroom handy for when you need it. You will not be disappointed in your purchase of this item as I am not and I have tried a couple of different units but by far this is my favorite.

This is the perfect travel companion! Small, compact, easy to use - and has great battery life. Used multiple times over a weekend with no need to recharge. Water flow has two options; I found the H setting to be preferable. Really like how it all goes together as well for storage/travel. Easy to clean - simply rinse under running water and dry. The adjustable water tank is really neat and easy to use. Highly recommend if you need a portable bidet!
