I had ordered a different bidet originally, but it would not fit my toilet correctly. The nozzle protruded an inch and a half into the inside of the toilet seat. I scanned around Amazon and came across this one with excellent reviews. I placed the order and the bidet was at my work location in two days. As I’m installing the bidet I found out that the cold water hose is meant for a standard toilet. Not a toilet on a ship. The hot water hose ran perfectly to my sink, so I emailed customer service. After I explained my situation they immediately and without request, sent the parts I needed to run the cold water hose from the sink as well. They had to ship it to my home, which is fine, I’m heading home this week anyway and can bring the parts back next hitch. I was able to put together a makeshift hose in the mean time just to test the bidet out. And it’s fabulous. Water temp mixture was perfect, spray pressure was easily adjustable and I really like the fact that you can manually aim the nozzle with a toggle type switch. My wife hates the other bidet I have at home because it has an arm that unintentionally actuates the bidet in the middle of the night when she goes to the restroom….. Which can be very intrusive if you don’t know it’s coming. I told her about this one and she insists I get another to replace the bidet at home. Another awesome selling point is that you do not need the big seat risers for this unit. It’s body is slim enough to fit between the seat and the toilet without the need for the risers. This bidet is priced right, works well, fits correctly and has the sellers backing 100% I am extremely happy with the purchase and with the customer service experience.

Keep in mind you need to have your toilet next to a sink to attach the hot water! Luckily we had that type of layout with our bathroom so installing it wasn’t too bad. We had an inclosed toilet next to the sink so that meant drilling a small hole through the wall/ cabinet. The hot water is nice, it does take a while to warm up as long as it takes my sink to warm up which I don’t mind. I have noticed the aim seems a little off, even though we have extensively adjusted the whole toilet seat and bidet, and the adjuster on the bidet. So I have to sit all the way back to prevent splash back on the toilet seat. Overall though I like that the pressure isn’t too sharp like a pressure washer and painful like my previous bidet haha. Also, another small detail I appreciate is the knob clicks to let you know it’s turned on or off.

I was looking for a replacement Bidet because my old one was breaking the 3 plastic knobs to turn on, adjust flow and temp. Someone said they bought this model to replace their old one and nothing fit. I had the same problem but that was because I was trying to save work and simply attach this new one to to old ones fittings & water lines etc. They were not compatible however, this model furnished all hardware to adapt to most US made toilets & under sink hot water valves. Its pretty easy to install but, be careful when attaching the cold water line that has metal fitting to the plastic adapter that feeds incoming cold water to the tank. Its easy to cross-thread the fitting. I am lucky to have my sink adjacent to the toilet so I can connect the hot water line to the incoming hot water valve under the sink. Tip, If you use the hot water it takes awhile for it to reach the Bidet when initially turned on. I usually turn on the hot water tap and turn on the Bidet to nozzle flush for a minute or so. Then shut off tap and nozzle flush. Make sure to turn the nozzle flush knob the correct way or you could shoot water all over the bathroom. LOL Pros: Ease of installation, A small lever on the unit to help direct water where needed. Small compact size. Attractive looking, Ease of use. Cons: No real cons and cant beat this little jewel for the money.

First, the only con I've experienced. It advertises that it washes both the *front* and *back* for women, however, you have to do some menuevering to get it to reach the front. The range of motion isn't great, but you CAN get it there. Now that that little bit is out of the way, OMG I LOVE THIS THING! So I still use toilet paper, I just don't find it useful to use every time I pee, but it is nice to *freshen up* with it during those times that my MDD gets so bad that I haven't showered for a while. Yeah, I'm gross, I don't care. It's nice to know that if a covid-like situation were to ever happen again, I would never fear for my my ability to get toilet paper, this would totally do the job. My husband was sooo against it when I got it, but he has since been converted. As someone who experiences hemroids to the point of requiring medical intervention, he says this changed the game for him and helps him so much with comfort during those rough times. It was really easy to install, my toilet is right next to my sink so it was no muss, no fuss, super easy. Overall, this thing is something that's really improved my life as a whole, so I'd definitely recommend.

Just a recommendation for those who may not realize it but make sure to run your hot water for a few seconds on your sink before you use the toilet to get the hot water coming out of the bidet sooner, since the water sitting in the water lines obviously won't be hot

THis is a well designed product and among the lowest cost of any warm/cold bidet attachments. However, the installation involves some plumbing skills and tools that the average homeowner may not have. I have it working perfectly but installation took a couple of hours and two trips to the hardware store. The product's materials are thin, light and I question its durability, especially the internal valves. There are various pitfalls in the installation process--cross threading, over tightening and the potential for causing a water leak from supply lines behind the wall. Should your attempts fail, you could end up paying a plumber $300 to install a $40 item-- not a good deal. So if you are not totally confident that you can install it yourself, you would be well advised to buy a higher quality, longer lasting product and pay a plumber to put it in.

The downside: Usually with a bidet you connect the cold water to the water supply/pipe for the toilet. But if you want hot water you have to get it from somewhere to hook it up to the bidet. Frequently (and with this product) that requires hooking it up to your sinks hot water. Easy enough? However, as an American our bathrooms can be set up differently where your sink is opposite your toilet. This complicates things bc now you need to run the piping across the middle of the floor to connect. If you want to track the tubing around the perimeter of the bathroom you need to get a longer connector bc the one that comes with this is too short. All things to think about especially if you are a beginner. I bought this and I don’t even use the temperature function. Kind of a waste but I did not return it bc of the below reasons: Regardless this was so easy to install and for the price- it was exactly what I was looking for. It’s super easy to clean and is simple to navigate and use. It’s a good bidet for starters and long time users alike- installed for my mother who has trouble moving around easily. It kept her independent and was easy to learn and get used to. Pro: - good price - easy to install - easy to clean Con: - unless your sink and toilet are right next to eachother it won’t work - I only am able to use cold water - awkward fit

This was very easy for me to install, the most difficult part was deciding where to cut the hole for the hot water line to exit my vanity. Tok about 15 minutes and didn't need any extra parts. The parts seem flimsy so I hope they last.

As long as you have a hot water line to tap into nearby, this bidet seat is as every bit as easy to install as a Tushy and is just as effective at a fraction of the cost of a Tushy bidet seat with comparable features.

I'm so glad this one doesn't have the words "feminine" or whatever other vulgar thing they could pick to describe the front wash function often found on a bidet. This one doesn't even have that function. Living in a house with no women, this is just hunky-dorey by me!!

This is best Dhoay (bidet) available. I tried many before this but only this one has a better control on pressure and splatter. When water touches the body, it has to splatter occasionally or always. This one has a thicker water jet and more control than others. Others only spray at a high pressure but this one gives some chance for a lower pressure also. It has some defects as the mixing of hot and cold is not well defined. Sometimes there is no hot, other times it only gives hot. I have to keep guessing where to set the knob. I purchased 3, installed 2, this problem is in the second one. But not a big deal. The splatter of water needs to be controlled to keep seat and toilet rim dry. I have installed a surround of transparent plastic. It being the first install is not very neat. But next ones will be better. Eventually I will come up with a standard design. Installation is difficult. As per suggestion by a customer, I used teflon tape in the second installation. It did not work well. I had to try multiple times to get the adapter turned correctly on threads. The tube is not easy to work with. it rotates and run in different directions.
