This was the 2nd bidet I purchased on Amazon. The first was left at my previous residence. Got this for my new apt. It was super easy to install. Came with all the necessary parts ( you just need a screwdriver or socket set to get the seat off and back on again, wrench or some grips to unloosen the hose to the toilet if it's too tight and that's it. This thing works much better that my previous bidet. The sprayer adjuster knob allows for smooth and gradual pressure changes so your booty hole is not just blasted with a fierce burst like my other one. This is a cold water only unit. Don't let that worry you. Install was easy. The directions were a little unclear in the case of how to install the 'cushions' on the toilet mount, but examining them carefully, allowed for proper install. The instructions could be improved with a detailed picture or drawing on that step. Probably took a total of ten minutes to install. I did not need to use the seat elevators with the existing elongated seat. The design is sleek and attractive, and the valve control is easily adjustable by the user. Cold water seems to work fine in this building; the water picks up enough heat in the transit distance that it arrives at room temperature for the very low water usage rate needed. If your supply line has a lot of usage, you might find the water temperature too low. If you like bidets you will probably find this unit just fine. PROS: unit came well packed and with all the parts and fittings needed for an installation. Everything worked. Design is attractive. CONS: The reasonable net price I paid has been raised significantly, and seems more than a bit "out of market" at this time. If you have small children, expect some water messes.
