Products top rail broke(hello safety hazard) and one step just after a month - but because it was over 30 days ,(34 days to be exact) they wouldn't refund me. Eventhough it was fulfilled by Amazon.com Amazon wouldn't refund unless we returned the bed. So we took it all apart, packaged it,paid the 80$ to ship it- ups wouldn't ship it because it was too heavy for the driver. Amazon wouldn't pick it up, and after many phone calls of being told to wait and see I am still waiting for a refund. Poor product construction and poor customer service from Amazon on this one. Product is as described. If you like to assemble things, it’s interesting and will take about 2 hours. But, the instructions can be more helpful and descriptive by pointing out the important details. We misplaced the front of the lower bed and put it at the back because it was not noted or pictured properly to indicate that the ladder will be attached and that bar should be at the front. We left it like that as we realized the mistake when we were putting the ladder and at this stage it was too late. The lower compartment should have a frame for sturdiness and beauty. It doesn’t stay in place when you pull or push it. You have to manually adjust it and it looks incomplete on the sides. That’s a flaw that should have been fixed by the manufacturer. Also, the upper and lower part are not securely attached to each other. You just place them on top of each other. There should have been some secure attachment for safety. We added clamps in and out of all four legs. See the pictures. Otherwise, it’s decent. ... show more
