Goes on pretty easy, fits like tights for your arms, doesn't cut off circulation even though I have fat arms, and it did actually send a cool "breeze" up my arm when the ceiling fan hit it. I thought people were full of it when they said these had a cooling effect because seriously, how? But they do!
