The media could not be loaded. I don’t know if I get a bad unit,but I buy this swab 2 months ago and is not doing what suppose to do. The sponge the helps to keep it shape is not attached to it.

This is a terrific pull through swab which I've been using on my Selmer alto sax for two years. It's well constructed and tight, no sign of fraying. I've recently purchased a second one, not because the first isn't holding up, but because I like it so much that I want to keep a spare in my gig bag.

This is the best saxophone swab I have found in 30 years! Many swabs are the handkerchief type shadow, silk or microfiber. This one is designed to keep a round shape that swabs the inside by keeping the edges against the inside of the horn. Great swab for cleaning the horn!

I tested this microfiber swab the moment I got it and once it got to the top of the saxophone it ripped from the little tube inside the top body of the sax. Maybe its just my saxophone or not, I don’t know. I’m using a silk swab for my saxophone body instead now. Silk swab does the job.

Picture of item is misleading. The swab is no longer made with chamois just made out of microfiber. Description talkes about "swab expands to contact the entire bore" this is no longer the case. (You have to look for a long time to find a picture of what is now being shipped.) At $25 this item is too expensive for what you get. There are all types of "microfiber" swabs at a much lower cost. I did not return this item as it was better than nothing. (I received a new saxophone on the same day and had to have something to clean it.) ... show more

My headlines says all I wanted to say. A total rip-off. You can find 4 different pieces for cleaning with the main piece being way more useful and helpful than this in a box with brushes and etc etc etc, for only $10
