    • Works great on my flutes
I use this kit to clean my concert and alto flutes. The two main things I like are that the soft cleaning material goes completely around the end of the cleaning rods and the kit in includes a cleaning cloth with a weighted string so I can get around the inside of the curved head on my alto flute.

It cleans flutes. It worked a handful of times and my daughter cleaned her flute every week. It’s good to use in a pinch until you can get a better kit.

It’s a good, simple kit. I use it to clean my flute, but never store the swabs in there as they hold moisture in the tube. Besides this kit a bought an actual silver polishing cloth for times beyond the quick wipe down.

This is the best flute cleaning kit I’ve ever bought. Its worth the money, and came with special cloths to shine it. It came with cork grease that really helps it be put together without twisting. I don’t think any flute cleaning kit will get as good as this one.

Everything you need to clean and maintain your flute is right inside. Some people ask about instructions on how to use it. Well, if you ever cleaned a shotgun, you’ll figure it out. You just don’t use bore cleaner or bristle is the difference. Nevertheless, if you haven’t done that before, you can find YouTube tutorials.
