Great little RC car for the money. Purchased 2 a while back to get my little guy into the hobby and keep him busy over the winter. The dual batteries are a plus, but quickly realized that they dont last that long (3 hour charge and get about 20min each). The good old power wheel scenario lol. I actually opted to upgrade the battery from the supplied 800 to a 2000 and now 1 battery has lasted 3 times as long on 1 charge. Pros: (This one is major in my opinion) Inside the box were instructions and a limited warranty card. I emailed the vendor ([email protected]) with pictures of the damage and got a reply within 24 hours that they'd replace the toy. The warranty instructions were clear and this was a no hassle experience. They even tried to accomodate the color I purchased. -Dual Batteries, your gonna need them. Truly a fun experience (recommend upgrading to a more powerful if you can). -Bumpers, really good idea to protect the important parts of the RC during crashes. -Remotes have an A and B channel to help with frequency saturation if multiple units are in play at the same time. I have 2 and if they both are using the same channel one will have feedback. Doesnt hurt performance but just annoying to listen to while playing. Cons: -Not as durable as the description makes it out to be. Yes, the bumpers and suspension are great to mitigate crashes and bumps but your core pieces are still plastic. The axle snapped on one of my cars after its 3rd use while being driven from the driveway to the street. (this is a beginner RC, so I am not surprised this happen). -Battery fitment, there is no good way to get this battery into the compartment along with the cable leads. Its as if the compartment was made just big enough for the cable itself and the battery. After some negotiating you can squeeze the battery in and close the door, but door is buldging under the stress so put the screw back in. -Screw Driver, greatful they supplied one but use your own for better results. Tip is too pointy to get all the way down into the groove, you'll eventually strip the head of screw.

I had ordered a Bezgar 17 and a Bezgar 18 for my two sons for Christmas and wanted to let you know of the horrible experience with both of these products. I helped my sons to charge and set up these cars and with lots of excitement we tried them once. Within 10 minutes, the Bezgar 17 car started seizing and this continued even while it was not on the ground. It got very slow. I thought it was the battery so changed the battery and the problem continued. This car would not drive straight and despite trying to adjust the 'trim' it would not straighten out. With the Bezgar 18, it got very slow within 10 minutes. I replaced the battery and it drove well for about 3 minutes before getting very slow again. I would expect better quality from these products. What a let down for my sons who were looking forward to playing with these cars for Christmas. I had seen the high 4+ star ratings and ordered with full confidence. After my experience I read the negative reviews and should’ve listen to those. In fairness I had contacted their customer service just to let them know and they asked for videos but I’m beyond that at this point and don’t feel like wasting more time troubleshooting when these problems are already well documented by the other reviews. ++++ UPDATE ++++ Bezgar has really surprised me with their customer service. After the above review, they were very proactive to reach out and try to make things right. A representative by the name of Shirley went above and beyond with frequent follow-up to send me a replacements and provided updates on shipment and checked in to make sure I had received the new cars. Shirley was very responsive and understanding and I felt like she did everything to resolve my bad experience. I tested the new cars and they seem to be working just fine. Shirley also checked in to make sure I was happy with the replacement cars they sent. It is not often you experience excellent customer support. Thank you Shirley and thank you Bezgar !

Bought 3 of these for my grandkids at Christmas time. Charged batteries as directed and one of the cars would not work hardly at all. Changed batteries and still nothing. After about 10 minutes the other two also stopped working. I checked battery connections and replaced batteries but nothing. I ordered new batteries thinking I got a bad batch but still nothing. I should have requested a refund then but too much time has passed now I just chunked them. Just letting other trusting buyers out there that your really taking a chance with this purchase. One out of three being defective…ok, 3/3 being defective = junk!
