Awesome stuff, but beware.
Buckle up buttercup! I read the reviews before I bought this stuff and got a good laugh because I've taken other pre-workout drinks and they are never as advertised. This one however, is different. Let me give you my background first. I'm 50 years old. I'm a former pro hockey player. I'm 6'0 tall and around 230 pounds. Not fat or overweight, just big because I workout a lot. Like 5-6 days a week a lot. Bench 355 for sets and dumbell curl 60's for sets. I say these things so that you know that I'm not some couch potato who decided to get in shape. I mix 1 scoop of LIT with 1 cup of water and add 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. It's awesome! and the flavor of the LIT cancels out the vinegar. So the first time I took it, I wasn't expecting anything really. At about the 20 minute mark, it kind of grabs you by the poo poo. Then I could feel my pupils shrink. I don't think I blinked for an hour. Then I got the itchy back. Kind of like when you have a sun burn, but not in a painful way. By the time I got to the gym, I felt like I could push the door in. Guys I know were trying to talk to me in the locker room but my mind was so damn focused, I don't think I would have noticed if the building was on fire. Finally got to the weights and holy crap! ME....HULK! Weights....Puny! The energy I had was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you drink coffee or red bull in the morning, I would highly suggest that you don't unless you were planning on visiting the emergency room later that morning. As one reviewer said, I think the manufacturer needs to state that the secret ingredient is meth, because I was LIT UP! The best thing about this stuff is that it WORKS but there was no crash at all. It wore off after about 2 hours. I use this stuff before I play hockey now and the amount of focus is off the hook. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go beyond where they are at. ... show more

Best Pre Workout
Flavor Name: Gummy Worm Size: 30 Servings - V1
Best pre workout out there in my opinion. I have tried many out there including Alani, Kaged, Optimum Nutrition and many others. I only need a half scoop compared to needing a whole scoop of the others. Gummy worm flavor is the best tasting. You feel like you can workout for long periods without burn out. No jitters post workout. Lasts all day for me. ... show more

Incredible Energy and Focus Boost for Intense Workouts!
Review Image by jose pagan jose pagan
I've been using BEYOND RAW LIT Clinically Dosed Pre-Workout Powder for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become an essential part of my workout routine. This supplement delivers everything it promises, providing a powerful boost of energy and focus that takes my workouts to the next level. The combination of caffeine, L-Citrulline, and Beta-Alanine is spot on. The caffeine gives me a noticeable energy lift without making me feel jittery, while the L-Citrulline enhances my endurance and helps me push through those tough sets. The Beta-Alanine tingles are a great indicator that it's working, and I've definitely noticed reduced fatigue during my workouts. One of the standout benefits of BEYOND RAW LIT is the increased nitric oxide production, which leads to better blood flow and amazing muscle pumps. I feel more vascular and pumped after every session, which is incredibly motivating. The taste is surprisingly good for a pre-workout supplement, and it mixes easily with water. I haven't experienced any stomach issues or crashes afterward, which is a big plus. Overall, BEYOND RAW LIT is a top-tier pre-workout powder that delivers on its promises. It provides sustained energy, enhanced focus, and improved endurance, making it perfect for anyone looking to maximize their workout performance. Highly recommended! ... show more

Yummy!
Flavor Name: Blue Raspberry Size: 30 Servings - V2
Taste is amazing!! The only negative thing I have to say is probably personal, but this product makes my entire body tingle and not every pre-workout does that to me.

This pre-workout is awesome! Love the way I feel after drinking it and after my workouts!
Flavor Name: Watermelon Size: 30 Servings - V1
This stuff is the bomb!! I love how it makes me feel AND there is no funky after taste. I’ve been through many pre-workout drinks and won’t use anything else.

Great energy
Flavor Name: Strawberry Lemonade Size: 30 Servings - V1
Best PW I have used that I keep going back to. I've used most of the popular ones. The last one was Nutrex outlift, it was my favorite until I tried Lit. Much happier with the results from Lit. Definitely my go to until something better comes around.

Bunk Pre-Workout and no refund/package may have been opened
Flavor Name: Passion Orange Guava Size: 30 Servings - V2
The product seemed like it may have been opened before. It wasn't double-sealed with plastic on the outside just the foil inside, and the foil seal it did have wasn't fully sealed closed. I went ahead and tried the product a few times, as they state there is a no-refund policy, and it isn't very good at all. The flavor was great, but the strength, pump, energy, and everything it claims is bogus, I got absolutely none of the described effects. I would advise moving along to a different product, as this wasn't worth the money, and the no-return policy makes it a hard pass for me! ... show more
