Buckle up buttercup! I read the reviews before I bought this stuff and got a good laugh because I've taken other pre-workout drinks and they are never as advertised. This one however, is different. Let me give you my background first. I'm 50 years old. I'm a former pro hockey player. I'm 6'0 tall and around 230 pounds. Not fat or overweight, just big because I workout a lot. Like 5-6 days a week a lot. Bench 355 for sets and dumbell curl 60's for sets. I say these things so that you know that I'm not some couch potato who decided to get in shape. I mix 1 scoop of LIT with 1 cup of water and add 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. It's awesome! and the flavor of the LIT cancels out the vinegar. So the first time I took it, I wasn't expecting anything really. At about the 20 minute mark, it kind of grabs you by the poo poo. Then I could feel my pupils shrink. I don't think I blinked for an hour. Then I got the itchy back. Kind of like when you have a sun burn, but not in a painful way. By the time I got to the gym, I felt like I could push the door in. Guys I know were trying to talk to me in the locker room but my mind was so damn focused, I don't think I would have noticed if the building was on fire. Finally got to the weights and holy crap! ME....HULK! Weights....Puny! The energy I had was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you drink coffee or red bull in the morning, I would highly suggest that you don't unless you were planning on visiting the emergency room later that morning. As one reviewer said, I think the manufacturer needs to state that the secret ingredient is meth, because I was LIT UP! The best thing about this stuff is that it WORKS but there was no crash at all. It wore off after about 2 hours. I use this stuff before I play hockey now and the amount of focus is off the hook. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go beyond where they are at.

Best pre workout out there in my opinion. I have tried many out there including Alani, Kaged, Optimum Nutrition and many others. I only need a half scoop compared to needing a whole scoop of the others. Gummy worm flavor is the best tasting. You feel like you can workout for long periods without burn out. No jitters post workout. Lasts all day for me.

The product seemed like it may have been opened before. It wasn't double-sealed with plastic on the outside just the foil inside, and the foil seal it did have wasn't fully sealed closed. I went ahead and tried the product a few times, as they state there is a no-refund policy, and it isn't very good at all. The flavor was great, but the strength, pump, energy, and everything it claims is bogus, I got absolutely none of the described effects. I would advise moving along to a different product, as this wasn't worth the money, and the no-return policy makes it a hard pass for me!
