My cats love it, but after a 5 months, this product is shedding fibers like crazy and it looks really shabby! It's all over the place, everywhere in my house and on my furniture/clothing. I'm going to have to get rid of it and get another one that hopefully won't have the same problem.

Great product, sturdy, not too difficult to assemble and the cat loves it. But the "toy tree" (little post with the 3 hanging toys) is a useless feature. They are not sturdy at all and the cat pulls them out of place all the time, making them unusable until I fix it (which is 75% of the time) Good brand, but chose this model for the extra toys (for her to entertain herself, since im not home a lot). So if that's your reason for choosing this one, find another. Recommend this brand, not this specific model.

Very nicely made and sturdy. Do use the anchor as its very tall and cats like to jump lol Couple of complaints, the 3 arms with hanging balls are not well made, had to sew the seam up on 2 and they do not stay upright with all 3 arms in their holders but works great with just 2 arms. Other than that I think this is a solid product and your cats will love it.
