When I turned it on it made a loud beeping sound but it didn't turn on. I tried all the different troubleshooting solutions to no avail. Works great on nails. I use it on my toe nails as it works better than a manual nail file and nail clippers. The edges are soother. Also, I love the buffer head. It makes my nails look very shiny and healthy with out nail polish.
