The media could not be loaded. Honestly the best mug and tumbler press I've ever bought, not only is it beautiful and matches my décor perfectly but it works flawlessly. Before I was working with the Cricut mug press and I must say that the difference is enormous, with the bettersub the colors are wonderful, there is no noise in the light colors and it only takes 90 seconds to sublimate the tumbler (with the cricut one it takes approximately 12 minutes for each tumbler). The size is perfect and the design is very nice so it doesn't break the harmony of your craft room. I have nothing bad to say about this tumbler press, I recommend it 100%. The user manual is perfect, colorful and super easy to understand. For my tumbler for my tumbler I set it as the user manual says 365 F and 45 seconds, then I rotated it and 45 seconds more. It was perfect. My next purchase will be the bettersub heat press for my customer T-shirts, pink color of course 😍💕 ... show more

I love my tumbler press! My first press so I was nervous but after I got everything set up I absolutely love it! Instructions are straight forward and helped a lot. I still have the little booklet to go over different settings when using different cups and it's so easy to read and set my machine up for my next project. Heat press gives off a strong smell which is unbearable and maybe unhealthy. Reviews did mention a strong smell of other presses that looks similar. But I thought this one was OK because the reviews said nothing about a smell. I live outside the USA and the return options are not in my favour.

Didn’t have a tumbler on hand to use this machine so used two different mugs and although I didn’t have tape to tape the designs down the right mug came out amazing. The left mug the design shifted when pressing so be sure to have tape handy when pressing. This press is cute and works well for what I need it to, but the BEEPING is SO EFFING LOUD. Any time you press a button, it beeps. It beeps when you are setting the temp, time, and when you start the timer and when it finishes. But this beeping is louder than any beeping I've ever heard on a machine. I work in a professional production studio and not even our machines beep that loud. I will decide NOT to press something just because I don't have the patience to listen to how OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD the beeps are! Seriously, especially for people like myself who have sound sensory issues, and for people (also like me) who live somewhere with other people around, this is not a great product. It takes a lot for something as minor as a machine beep to make me frustrated enough to write a review like this, so y'all gotta know I'm dead serious. I'm really happy with everything about the functionality, but the volume of the beeping really just makes it so tough to use. Please BetterSub, will y'all at least give me a mute button??? ... show more
