It has a digital LCD display for easy use, accurate temperature, including timer, adjustable pressure, and a slide out plate for safety. The instruction manual makes it so easy to get set up, you will be ready to begin using it right away. It comes in a couple of colors, which I find appealing. You can use this for clothing, metal, and even slate photo frames, so the versatility makes this perfect for crafters, DIYers, or for those who are looking to start their own small business. The media could not be loaded. I bought this heat press about a year ago for around $300, which now I realize was probably the highest price it’s ever been, it’s only $186 now. Last year it worked fine, and I actually used it quite a bit. But this year, I’ve only used it about 5–6 times, and the power switch started popping out a few months ago. It looked like a spring problem, and today the switch completely came off while I was pressing a shirt. I haven’t used the machine heavily at all, so it’s disappointing that it’s already falling apart. When it worked, the heat and pressure were good, but for something that cost $300, I really expected it to last longer. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

The handle is smooth, easy to operate, and makes the work much more comfortable. The materials feel strong, durable, and well built. This is a 15x15 heat press and it comes with an instruction manual that includes recommended temperatures for customizing different products, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The machine is very easy to use and features a sliding-out lower platen, making item placement safer and more convenient. I work with personalized products, and this machine is perfect for my work. Better Sub is one of the best companies I have the pleasure of doing business with. I’ve been with them for quite a few years. They go above and beyond for customer service. Quality is 5 star, heats up quickly and evenly. Easy to assemble and the adjustment is easy to handle. It won’t let me upload the video, but I do a minimum of 200 shirts a month. Hands down one of the best heat presses on Amazon and better sub is a great company

This was the first heat press I bought, so I did not really know what to expect; however, when I first got this product, I was very pleased. It is pretty straightforward to use, but it also provides you a manual on how to adjust the temperature and timer. I've been consistently using the heat press since I received it, but after a few months it stopped heating up. When that happened, I reached out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful. Wendy from customer service saw my issue and sent me out a replacement. I definitely would recommend this product.
