So I decided to give her this one, and she nailed it from the very first moment. No more wasted materials. She told me she was impressed with the way it was packaged, even the box suffered a little damage from the delivery man, but the product was intact thanks to the packaging. The colors fascinated them as well. It is safe to use and there is no risk of burning yourself easily because the iron opens backwards or to both sides. The most important thing is the result on the products is very professional. The color I bought for her is soft and feminine and matches her craft room. The media could not be loaded. I’ve always wanted a combo heat press, especially one that swivels. I’ve heard stories of other brands tipping easily, so I was worried. I’m happy to say, this one doesn’t have that issue at all. Making shirts was beyond easy with being able to move the top out of my way with no fear of it tipping. And changing out the attachments wasn’t bad either. I love that I can sublimate all different kinds of surfaces easily with the different attachments. Definitely recommend!     • Broken mug press
PROS: 1. The main press and cap press work for now, haven't tried the plate presses. 2. Arrived quickly. CONS: 1. Mug press arrived broken. There's a small screw that holds the mug sleeve to the pressure handle, and that screw is stripped and won't hold the machine together, making it 100% useless. Extremely heavy item, not easy to repackage and return. Amazon cannot replace ONLY the mug press attachment. It's too much of a headache to try and return the entire system, and risk getting one that doesn't work at all. 2. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make the timer start counting down. 3. Very minimal instructions were included. 4. Temperature jumps around a lot when the press is in use. Overall, I'm pretty bummed about the mug press, planned to use it quite frequently. The main press will be worth the total cost if it holds up for several years...time will tell. ... show more
