I was definitely impressed with how easy this press was to use. I pick this one because it had the 2 in 1 capability and the press part had a little weight to it so I don't need to press down when sublimating my smaller items. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The manual is easy to follow and screwing and unscrewing the units to change the heating elements was easy. It heats up fast which is always a plus. I will say becareful with the bottom plate that is holding the press because it also heats up when the press is in it heating up. Overall I definitely will recommend it to my crafting friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Combo, Heat Press and Hat Press, two in one, I love the bases for heat protection, the size is perfect, it will not take up much space, excellent for your events and pop up’s, it heats up very quickly, and easy to use, I highly recommend it, BetterSub has very good products and this was not the exception, do you want something easy to use and portable? i felt like i wouldn’t use this as much as i thought so i returned it. i will use my mini cricut press and get about the same results with less headaches just wasn’t for me

But cat chewed up a side of the box ( kittens bad habit). This is way too hard to use. You have to try to hold it in your hand so you can hold the cap on it to TRY to keep it tight enough not to wrinkle. Then the top platen doesn't cover the whole bill & also slides around there fore ruing 6 hats with double print. It doesnt fit a standard size cap. I even tried making the sub graphic 3 x 3 which looks ridiculous on the hat .I just stuck it in the closet because I wouldn't even resell it to anyone
