I got these for our e bikes for protection when we travel . They fit fine over the handlebars. The Velcro seems strong but I also crisscross a small bungee cord around it too. End of bar mounted mirrors needed to folded in and cover barely reached ends of bar. Cover barely covered bar completely of Aventon e-bike and it was the largest one offered. There is adequate amount of Velcro straps to secure cover along its length. The durability of these straps staying attached to cover over time might be something to consider.
