Pretty good material quality and stretchability, but the Velcro straps need to be at least twice as long as they are, if not even a little bit longer than that. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has several bulky accessories like an LCD display, phone holder, horn, gear shifters, brake levers, etc., on the handlebar and the short straps do not accommodate for that. ... show more
